Shibaev is very great player. He played tough match against Timo Boll in the 2016 Olympics. If I'm not mistaken, he lost 3:4 in the decider

Man, Chinese is not obligated to know every detail on russian players. Give them a break regardingbthe ranking he wrote.
China never studied Skachov, Grebnev, Katsman and Sidorenko as rivals of China.

Now I feel better that Fang Bo also has problems receiving backhand serves to his short forehand.. such a hard shot to return with good quality, almost always Shibaev could do a 3rd ball attack

He is currently ranked #3 in the national ratings. It's been a long time since he was ranked #1.

Poor technique is the reason why Fang Bo has never reached World champion or Olympic champion.

No? the reason he hasnt been to olympics is he is from CHINA where theres to much competition as you know only 2 players get to go, fang bo is a great player, with the one of the best technique in the world, also your wrong, At his peak in 2015, he reached the men's singles final at the World Championships by defeating the second-seeded Xu Xin and the defending champion Zhang Jike. Fang Bo then obtained his first world table tennis champion title in 2016 during the World Team Table Tennis Championships.

@@nxtvr3506 I think you're the one who's confused about yourself. If you said he was the best that year, why didn't he represent in the Olympics?
