Cooking with The Astronomer's Diary

Hello!! Today we have El Diario del Astrónomo in my kitchen, cooking us a very cookie recipe! How do you think it turned out?
Here are the ingredients for the recipe:
Cookies 🍪
360 wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder or baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
225 unsalted butter
120 g sugar
180 g brown sugar
1 egg + 1 yolk
1 tsp vanilla flavoring
200 g chocolate chips
Mix the flour with the baking soda, baking powder and salt, set aside.
Beat the butter and sugars at medium speed until creamy
Add the egg + yolk, lightly beaten until incorporated
Add the vanilla
Add the flour in two batches
Make dough balls of approximately 50 g
Put them in the freezer for 5 minutes
Bake them in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10/12 minutes.
-Let them cool before handling them
