My weirdest experience getting parts through LEGO was back around 2010, tried getting the green Lesovikk mask (it was still on the missing parts site for some reason) and LEGO sent me the blue Hahli mask instead 😭 I later got both sets in 2020 so we’re all good now lol

My gripe with Pick-A-Brick is that some pieces are horribly inflated, and that most large transparent pieces aren't bagged separately, leading to them getting badly scratched over transit.
