The storm was quite strong that I was wondering your bamboo house would survive or not. Luckily the house was strong and the plastic curtain was very good. Love that you shared us the after rain atmosphere too. Otis is very smart for his age. He knows a lot of plants. Still love to see Misery living happily.
So glad that see that all is well after the big storm Ryan! The food Damo was making looks yummy and Otis looking cuter than ever! The natural herbs the man was selling at the outdoor market looks interesting and I’m sure it’s better than the meds that you buy from the store !Thanks again for sharing another wonderful video 😊
Your doing so well at educating Otis, from teaching him plants to electricity (like the mini elevator), to making sure music is important. Otis will grow into a fine man.
I love summer storms, lots of rain some wind and no damaging hail. It cleans the air and rejuvenates all the plants and even the people it seems.thanks for that video as I am still a few months away from a good rain storm here in Canada.
Hello Ryan, Damo n Otis. The wind looked strong. I guess the rabbits r making their own burrow as a hideout for unforeseen rainstorm. Lol. Stay safe everyone.
Love the Thai markets Ryan and Damo brings back happy memories. Sweet Otis was so gentle with the kittens he is such a lovely little boy. As always a great video. ❤️❤️❤️
Wow! That was a strong storm. Getting the plastic curtain installed the day before was fortunate. Your buildings are very strong. Held up better than some here in my area. Happy to see everyone was safe. Damo really cooks some very colorful and healthy looking meals. I plan now to buy a Wok and try eating more vegetables in the Thai style. Amazing how Otis is learning problem solving skills at his young age. Interesting about rabbits digging holes. Misery looks like she has put on a few pounds lol! Thank you again for sharing your family life there. Stay safe and happy. 🤗🙏
Real food and Thai herbs what a blessing to live in this environment. How fresh everything looks after the storm and fortunately you had the blinds installed in time to safely witness. Thank you for this video.
As I previously suggested, you really need to lay down some strong mesh on the floor of the rabbit pen, sooner rather than later, otherwise, once they establish a warren it could undermine ground beyond the pen. Then, if, after a rain storm, the ground collapses you could end up with a leg breaking hole! Just an observation. I love the place where you live and the market place. Thanks for your great videos.
I love watching your channel, guess im going to have to adopt. it is so hard to find someone after your heart than your money now days. The happiness is wrote all over your family, true living.
Your Rabbits can be kept in by a diamond mesh fence buried 2 or so inches underground and inside their pen. Friend in Vic OZ, Uses similar outside fruit growing pen to keep Wombats + Roos outside!
I was in the same storm . I just came home with the scooter when it started. 2 roofplates were blown away , lukkely no one was hurt . The trees here are very resitant . I stil enjoy your vlogs , keep em comming

Love the food markets very interesting .....shooo strong storm ...lots of cleaning work ..rake the leaves and to clean yard up .......your wifes cooking looks so yummy !!! Tess got such a good knowledge of nature ....learning from you and his mommy ...in South Africa whe sometimes got storms and floodings because of the infrastruction of roads not done proper like the drains .....most of the time blocked with papers and rubbish .....and causes damage to some properties.....God bless your house thank you for the nice video always enjoying it ...from South Africa
Rabbits loves to dig, you should try to figure out a way to let em dig without making an escape path haha. They do it for numerous reasons it makes them feel safe having a hideout, and they sleep there aswell.
We are not far from you and that was a whopper of a storm, we had thunder claps that sounded like bombs! Been a long time since we saw that much rain in such a short period of time.
I used to have all the cotton candy machines everything.one year we had a carnival birthday party.you know who loved it the most ...the old people in our town.
Hiya, your videos just get better and better. So relaxing to watch. Always good vibes. Happy to see all was well after the storm. Mixed with whiskey, lol. You are a joker. Great video. Thank you for sharing.
I've just driven from Saraburi to Ubon Ratchatanni and back. I wished I'd contacted you earlier and checked to see if ok to drop in. Although I find it a bit difficult to make a schedule in Thailand.
The part of the vlog on the market brings back so many great memories! When we were living in Bang Bua Thong we went to the market nearly daily to get fresh items. The market was only 5 minutes away from our home in Phattaranivet Lagoon so we either walked there or went by bicycle. A bit further away on the intersection near the local hospital on the main street is where we always got out of the minibus coming back from Nonthaburi downtown and the motorbike taxi would take us home. On that same intersection there were a couple of food vendors selling Pad Thai, Roti and some other things and one guy had motorbike with a sidecar on which he installed a grill. Paung often bought the small meatballs which we gave to our dogs as snacks. I tried one of those meatballs and found out those were actually really delicious! Paung said they are actually Isaan style meatballs with 'woon-sen' inside. Last week a friend of Paung delivered a new batch of 'Sai krok Isaan' sausages which will find their way to the grill very soon! The storm was a good one, even that recalled memories because we could easily predict when one was coming. The sky would become very dark and first the wind would pick up and then came the rains. I remember one storm quite well, we had some kids over for English language class when a big storm hit us. Apparently the wind knocked over a big tree near the entrance of the compound which took down a few powerlines so we suddenly sat in the dark. We made the best of it, lit a whole bunch of candles and made French fries in a pan filled with oil. The kids had their language lessons and a full stomach! It also amazed me how quickly outside everything was dry again, not showing anything of a past storm, except for the rubble in the streets. Thanks for sharing Ryan, looking forward to the next vlog!
Nice Channel. I was curious to know if you plan to have your kids get all of their schooling in Thailand? Will you have them in Thai schools or English schools? Or maybe you plan to send them to school in the UK at some point? Thanks!
Is that Mulberry native to Thailand? I'm used to North American Mulberry trees with berries that get black when ripe. I've got one out behind my apartment that's completely filled with berries in the early summer. Is that Mulberry in your video a vine?
I used to breed rabbit 🐇 a few years ago when I was younger. Bye 👋 and good luck with the rabbits dandelion grass and stinging nettle is very good for the rabbit as long as it’s clean without pesticides. I used to breed Rhinelanders New Zealand whites and brown and blacks too. Wish you luck and happiness bye 👋 🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇🐇
So, I have no idea what goes into a vlog as far as time/work. However I would like to make a special request. Your last vlog was roughly 16 minutes. Can you bring them to 25 or so minutes. Love hearing and seeing you and I can't finish my coffee in 16 minutes.
I could bring them longer but each can take around 10 hours production, using up to 200 files, if I made them longer they would not be as snappy because I would have to use long drawn out scenes 🙏😊
If you keep the rabbits in a pen that you can move around your land the rabbit poo is very good natural fertilizer unlike others it works straight away.
I would guess the rabbits aren't trying to escape they're going to start a family, do you have a buck and a doe. They can get out of hand pretty quickly, best to give the buck the snip. I love sitting watching big storms, that hit us middle of the night so missed it, too many Leo 🤢.
Years ago we had 2 that ran free in the garden, next thing we knew their were about 60 and not a blade of grass left, the temple came and took them away. We have 2 now and they've had 1 litter, picking the buck up from the vets today, had his balls off last week.
The volatility in banana prices used to do my head in. 15, 30, 25, 15....don't think I saw ten. But the day-to-day volatility didn't compute with my western mind.
Ryan, listening to your philosophy of life and knowing your admiration for the teachings of Alan Watts, Ram Dass and Eckart Tolle; I wondered if you have ever been introduced to retired NASA physicist Tom Campbell? He wrote a trilogy about his theory that we live in a Virtual Reality and also about his "out of body experiences." That didn't shock me since I myself have experienced an out of body. If you're interested in his work the best place to start is his Calgary Series on Your Tube...........Wishing you and your precious family the very best in all that you do.......Oh, I almost forgot. I'm from Indiana, U.S.A.
If you have a male and female definitely looks like a burrow, once pregnant they start working hard on making an underground den. I used to dig a perimeter ditch about 18" deep and bury the rabbit wire. Most often they will not dig deeper and so you won't have escapees. They will dig along the perimeter and down but when the keep hitting the wire fence they burrow back towards the center. A pen can be quite small but I preferred to give them a larger space approximately 20' radius. I also built nesting boxes and separated the doe and newborn babies as sometimes bucks will kill the newborn... If you do have male and female gestation in rabbits is typically 28-34 days. And they can cycle 5 times a year with 4 to 8 babies!
Otis is getting clever.... He is so cute.

You should plant plantains too. I've tried to do some research It seems like Thailand may only have one species of plantains and are rare to find.
