I'm not sure about the paper work side of things with permits and all that but a self sustaining mini cabin would be a really cool build to follow and I'm sure after a few months of collecting thing you could have enough materials to build one.

Marcel, I recommend plastic bar ends. I recently severed my pinky tendon on my mountain bike with metal bar ends. Not even joking. I could have lost it but luckily one of the best hand surgeons live here in Vail. I can’t ride for a while but I’m really enjoying the vids! Thanks 👍

Build a cottage or A frame. Something simple but that will satisfy the county. You could always rent it out for a year to recoup some investment. Whatever you build, film it for added content for one of your channels.
Get a double wide trailer for weirdo world. Can find them used for decently cheap and it would count as having/building a house. Lot of people look down on them but they are definately a good bang for the buck.
also if marcel could mix barspins/whips into the lines he already does people would lose it. he has a ton of talent and hes lucky to have friends like yall pushing him.
I have a bike, but I mostly ride scooters (not park on a baby scooter tho) and I don't have friends to push me to do stuff, you guys are so lucky. I'd be way better if I had a friend that was better than me. I watch street parts to try to push myself to do things, today it worked but it's kinda rare sadly.
Just a suggestion, look into the zoning laws in your area to see if you can have a business there instead of a residential property. You can get a manufactured metal building for cheap.
With all those trees on the property why dont you look into milling your own lumber from them, might be more cost effective with the market the way it is. I framed houses for over 25 years, provide me with lodging and food and i will gladly provide the labor to help you build a house. Much respect bro, take care always !

You need to find out what constitutes a house with your council. If your going to ask them ask them anonymously, find out what the minimum requirement is for a house then build four walls and a kitchen! Place to crash, put your beer and crap
What about setting a trailer down on the property and getting a septic tank and tie it into the grid then block it up so it’s semi permanent and call that the house
