The great Mehdi Hassan Saab was a phenomenal singer and infact, he himself was a phenomenon ! Regarding his singing attributes, it's the least said, the better ! The great Khan Saab was his own introduction ! He had given ghazal gayiki a pedestal, which will be very difficult to surpass ! Oh, what a terrible loss it was ! It was as if the ROOH (SPIRIT) of ghazal gayiki had gone, along with his sad demise !
Such a resourceful singer will ever tread this path again in the world !

Khan Saab was sent to planet earth by god with this heavenly voice to show us how ghazal is sung and how to appreciate the various shayars while singing their shayari...
