Thought it was strange U-Haul is doing a Yakima tailgate cover review; even stranger they busted out a $7,000 Downhill Mountain bike. U-Haul ain't [messing] around!
I have an ebike and I'm a woman and I have a gwm cannon you I don't think I can even lift up my bike load it's very heavy bike because it's an ebike wish there was an easier way to transport my ebike on to my dual cab but doesn't look like I can looks like I'm going to have to find parks near me

Just bought one - thank you.
Nice video. But,it does matter which way your wheel is facing. You don't want the rotor against the pad/tailgate especially on rougher terrain.
Your brake rotor is protected by the fork, so it will never touch the pad or tailgate

@@sierraAframe Not on the roads we shuttle!
however the license plate is not visible. Could be a problem?
Are they not easy to steal? That would suck coming back to your truck and the pad is gone.. 😟
The securing straps need to be longer to accommodate the thicker frames of ebikes.
Those are all sick bikes
Will this work for road bikes too?
Can this be use for kids bikes
Can this be used for emountain bikes...straps don't look long enough for bigger frame??
Highly doubt it. They fit snug around a standard bike.
Can’t see the number plate
Yup, people often forget about that. Worth getting a spare plate knocked up to hang on the bikes perhaps?
Sold.
Nice set up but not a locking system
Small but sturdy

Why not use a ramp to roll your bike up on to the truck?
