Easy Bokeh Background - 5 Minute Cards

- In today's 5 Minute Cards Video, I show you an easy way to create the bokeh effect. This is a photography trick that blurs the background and results in soft looking glowing circles. There are lots of ways to achieve this but I made it easy with a stencil, some ink and a spritz of water. This background would also make a great underwater scene!

Really nice look. Wondering if a 2nd background could have come from having cardstock under your stencil at first.
Beautiful card. Very easy way to bokeh. Maybe just a smidge of yellow ink blended over the center circle area to make it look like the sun on a cloudy day!
