When loading a raw image please do you work with Adobe RGB 1998 or sRGB
2) your colour work space inside of Photoshop do you work with RGB 1998 or sRGB
3) during your export do you convert sRGB ??

@@abrahamabbey3965 every picture has highlights and shadows. But if there are none. Brush the midtones and mix the colors correctly without overdoing it. I hope this helps
