It's not the $11k in sales that surprises me, that's just pure grind. The surprise is that someone out there is making hamster fur jackets! I've had hamsters, they must have used two hundred plus to make one jacket!
Do you list off-season items (like heavy sweaters, coats, etc. in summer) when you pick them up? If so, are you more picky about the off season items you pick up?
Yes, we will typically still pick up and list off-season items when we find them. However, we are more picky about the off-season items. They have to be better brands and better materials for us to get them. Great question!
The reason I’m asking is I flat lay right now but I’m wanting to switch to the way you guys do. I think hanging gives a pretty idea to the shopper of how it would look worn
@@ResaleBrothers so it’s laying enough to keep control of it but still looking like its hanging? Have you guys ever done flat lay what are your thought on it I’m assuming hanging is faster which makes for more item being done correct?
Yeah the clothes lay very well (other than sleeves of the polyester type material, but it’s manageable). We definitely think it’s faster than flat lay, but we did try that a couple times and we just couldn’t get it right so we switched back to the angled board.
why do you put XLT Tall in the title? Doesnt the T denote Tall so why would you put tall in the title also? This is a Serious question not trying to be a troll ...
We put “tall” because some people search that word instead of “XLT” if we have extra room in the title we will throw that in there. If we don’t have the extra room we will just put the XLT.

I have 9K items in my solo operation . can’t wait to hit 11k like you guys
That’s awesome!
You guys are killing it, anyone that can do late flat and no background remover, and really not very good pictures either, you’re killing

Couldn’t agree more 😂😂😂
Or a few huge mutated ones
Gotta have the $8 sales to make room for $100 items!
Amen! $8 is $8 😂

What angle is your board that you use to take pictures just curious
I don’t know the exact dimensions, but I’d say it’s about a 45 to 65 degree angle.

Another great video 🎉🎉.
Does blazer sell well whole year?
For us they do! There’s definitely a small slow down in the summer, but the good brands still sell all year!
Thanks! I suggest you guys making video talking about bread and butter blazers @@ResaleBrothers
We have a video on blazers, but we’ll definitely start putting more in that are bread and butter!
How much do you guys typically profit annually? Great video
We plan on doing a profit video here soon!
How do you find an unlisted item in your store?
I went to our physical inventory and typed in the SKUs of our oldest items on the active inventory page and found out if they were listed or not.
How many items do you guys list a day?
75 new listings get pushed to eBay everyday!
@@ResaleBrothers That's amazing. Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. Good luck to you both.
Thanks so much! Good luck to you too!
Can I ask what your minimum sales through rate is?
We shoot for 50% and up.
11k but doesn't that include tax collected, shipping ect?
Yes that includes tax and shipping. It’s also before fees. 11k is our gross sales for the week.
@@ResaleBrothers what is profit
Where do you usually source for new with tag items? Do you guys have any sourcing videos?
Most of our new with tag stuff is from thrift stores. However, about 1000 of our items have come from retail arbitrage!
Thanks. Cool. Which retail carries vineyard vines?
We’ve found it at multiple over the years (Marshals, TJ Max, etc.). Really just depends on the time of year and what they have in stock at the time.
You have 11000 items? Holy crap that is alot
Thank you!
what platforms do you sell on?
We sell on eBay, Poshmark, and Mercari.
@@ResaleBrothers Do you use a crosslisting program?
We used to use vendoo, but we have recently switched to auto posher.
@@ResaleBrothers why did you switch?
$600k last year? Did't you just have a video that said you did 600K in last 2 years?
No, but it was weird phrasing. In our second year of reselling (last year) we hit 600k in sales.

@@ResaleBrothers ok Thankyou
Best way imo is type in XL Tall in description and XLT in item specifics to cover both searches
