jack BB If there's no hobby shop near you, you can order kits online. I get mine from BNA Models in Melbourne. You will have to buy the paints as well.
I felt your build was excellent. I have the same kit and will follow your build process throughout. I liked your panel line detail approach: though at certain angles, in the photo shop, it showed more obvious and out of place than the lighter photos. Good job. I want to see more of your model builds.
Awesome work Duson that is a very detailed F16 for 1/72nd scale tamiya never let down the range of quality abd you gave this kit justice awesome painting especially on the cockpit control surfaces awesome work as always cheers 🍺🍻😀
you come well prepared and got an awesome eye for details man and the finished F16 looks absolute great !! have built a lot of sets back when i was 16 , 17 but never like this ,didn't even wear rubbre gloves :) great model also ,i like the F16 a lot and watching you make this was very nice ty .
What a great build of the F-16CJ BLOCK 50 Fighting Falcon. Even though it is a 1/72 scale aircraft it shows a great deal of detail. I am tempted to buy the F-16 in this scale before I do get the 1/32 version. Once again very nice build.
Love the techniques you use. Great work. It would be great to see your cleanup routine. Being able to keep your brushes and air brush in top shape is key to these builds.
Tamiya kits are great. The parts fits very precisely, detailing is awesome, the decals are detail. But its kinda expensive in my range of price. My grandfather give me his collection of (mostly) motorized tamiya model kits, all painted and weathered. But sadly i lost all of 1 box (the box size is about 1x1m i think) of all the kits when we were moving out. And after my grandfather passed away the only kit left is Tamiya USS Arizona (i forgot the scale). It has not been painted yet, but the kit is broken when we were moving out. I was too little to remember all of the kits, the only Tank i remember was Tamiya Type 61. I remember it because of the distinct muzzle brake
may i make a suggestion?? on reddit they always say start with the finished product, then show the build. i think it's excellent advice. start with B-roll of finished plane then go back to the beginning of the build. every time i see your videos i go to the end first. then i go to the start.
Checked out that Tamiya link in the description, noticed they have an F-84G and F4D Skyray, either of those would be very interesting to watch! not sure if that's how this works, I'm new
Hi, great job. Could you kindly tell me how you achieved those lighting effects on the final images? How do you get that dramatic look with the shadows? I am moderately proficient with photoshop, however, I still don't really know how to get those effects. Could you kindly explain? Thank you very much and congratulations again
have the same kit and im kinda new to scale models, i made a boat and painted some gunpla's but please teach me master, how tf did u paint those buttons in de the cockpit so clean, for me it looks like a mess. Im still happy with it..... untill i saw your version ^^ is it just a very steady hand or is there a trick to it? bc even with my smallest brush and quite a steady hand the paint got in places it did not belong. Also i dont have an airbrush so ill be handpainting it so that'll be another challenge but i dont mind :)
Love these models and your videos! Is there a reason you don't put the plastic cement on the mating surfaces of the parts and only on the seam once they are fitted together?
Hey, astonishing work as always - I don`t get it how big is your precision and how clear your models are. I have a technical question for you. You use Tamiya`s Poly Cements - are they way more better than Revell`s Contacta Pro Cements ? Thank you in advance for you reply.
Great work! I've built a couple of these. I've never used Tamiya's Mark Fit Strong before. It looks like it's safe to use on their AS spray paints? They settled into the panel lines nicely.
When you decanted the Tamiya spray paints how did you get the smell and overspray to go away. I tried it and let the paint sit unopened for like 48hr's the paint smelled just like it came out of the can and had a lot of dust in the spray. I also had to thin the crap out of it just to get it out of the airbrush. What ratio do you use on your tamiya paint to thinner? I've heard 40/60 is best but I always get a rough texture after spraying my models.
No, this is the right stuff. House hold super glue will begin to melt the soft plastic. Hes using the correct glue. You hardly see any reminisce of glue. I love using it.
He does this because the cement is applied on through capillary action (applying it on the outside surface) and is able to get the right amount of glue where he needs it. It won't damage the outlooking as the amount of glue applied is only small. It will only discolour the surface which will also be painted over. Hope this helps! :D
Love your models:) I think they look just amazing! If I may ask you about your technique: could you share please how much do you dilute the Tamiya paints, what do you use to thin it and what PSI are you spraiyng? On the video the paint goes on the model being wet, but when I use Tamiya's the are almost immediately dry when they hit the surface of the model... I would be grateful for any tip in this matter:)
Aprox. 1.2 1.3 bars, I am using the original thinner (there is a retarder inside) and the mix is aprox 50-50 mix for large coats and aprox 60%thinner 40% paint for cammo (sometimes mix is 65%t-35%p.). Maby You are using high air pressure. All the best! Dusan.
Great done! Especially canopy! But I'm very interesting, how did you mount your camera? And what kind of camera did you use? Maybe your ideas improves also my videos... ;)
Protip: internal surfaces exposed to the outside are white, and internal surfaces that arent are usually always light olive drab. also paint jobs aren't so defined, but at least you made sure the munitions looked pristine.
Tamiya is just such a good modelling company... the fit is always _wonderful_ .
PS: Thx for the heart
finally a model aircraft without so much dirt on like the way it should be.
Another beautiful build! I have just started on the 1/48th scale Kinetic Models F-16D Block 52+ in Polish AF markings.
Ray Theron can you tell me from where you buy the models ?? And do the colours comes or I must buy colours

kangen ngerakit lagi..dlu jaman masih.newbie pakenya Academy baru Tamiya atau Hasegawa
One of my favorite planes.
Great job,Sir ! 👍
to polish the hood with an electric drill is a great idea. i never saw this technique before.
glad i subscribe you.
Robert
You don't do a whole of real world polishing do you? Polishing by hand is a terribly tedious process.
JZStudios I never polish with a tool.... it is not necessary. I still get great finishes.
The work and skill shows in the beautiful realism of the finished model, well done.
I remembered as a kid i just twisted the pieces out..
Good old days... I remember that too
Yes, tools, bah. I remember doing the same thing. Hahahaha.
@Rafi Dwiputra Daniswara , you also got less blood on your hands!
Haha good old days
Bravo!! Excellent job, I'm currently building the 1:48 version of that F-16.
A very professional and beautiful build, as always. If Tamya isn't sponsoring you already, they definitely should ☺
Can this come with CFT’s?
Wow! I built one of those in the mid 70s! When I was 15 years old! Nice!
Not only a great build, but nice straight to the point video
Excellent work Dusan! From canopy to "Turkey Feathers" you did a fantastic job, Congrats!
I felt your build was excellent. I have the same kit and will follow your build process throughout. I liked your panel line detail approach: though at certain angles, in the photo shop, it showed more obvious and out of place than the lighter photos. Good job. I want to see more of your model builds.
Another awesome build. And on an inexpensive kit that everyone can have a bash at.... top job! 👍👍👍
Awesome work Duson that is a very detailed F16 for 1/72nd scale tamiya never let down the range of quality abd you gave this kit justice awesome painting especially on the cockpit control surfaces awesome work as always cheers 🍺🍻😀

Once again very nice build.
This video is so "only serioul business" that i love it much more!
Excelente vídeo saludos desde Chile a mi también me encanta los aviones y él aeromodelismo 👍👍👍
The F-16 is such a beautiful aircraft. Thanks for the video!
So clear and some good building scales
Impressive work and techniques, thank you so much for making this video and sharing it.
Nice build. I will probably try the Revell 1/48 build again. Not sure if I will do the Thunderbird or the Falcon version.
Best kit build on you tube. I'm looking for F22 build of yours but i couldn't find one...
That was very excellent work on the canopy glass. Nicely done.
Great work, really enjoyed watching this, never expected to enjoy watching paint dry!
I gave like before seing the video because i know IT will be awesome
Love the techniques you use. Great work. It would be great to see your cleanup routine. Being able to keep your brushes and air brush in top shape is key to these builds.
Sean, thank you! Maby in some future videos. All the best!! Dusan.

Really nice job on the airplane kit.
Very nice build. Congrats
Best work friend
NICE AND SWEET, WHEN I SEE YOU MODELING , I WANT TO DO IT AGAIN , NICE WORK
Very impressive build, astonishing job.
Looks amazing. Wish you showed the painting of the pilot. Great work!
This program, was broad to you by: Tamiya.
👏👏👏👏
Claudio, No it's by me! All the best! Dusan.
Excellent job

Great work as always!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Where do you place the camera whilst you record the video? In front of you?
Nicely done build on one of my favorite jets. Keep up the good work.
Thanks! All the best! Dusan.
Excellent job & video!
Damn cant you just by them ready like that i never have the hands for doing that so good
I hope Tamiya comes out with the two seater soon!
Beautiful. Period.
Absolutely Great Work! Thanks
beautiful video
Plasmo what a lovely build straight from the box & as always fantastic end result what more could you ask for. Thanks
This isn't Plasmo... it's Dusan... ;-)
Nice and beautiful! Have question , wash with alcohol 95% at 6.03 what benefit?
Fantastic result Dusan! as always! beautifull build! greetings!:)
Checked out that Tamiya link in the description, noticed they have an F-84G and F4D Skyray, either of those would be very interesting to watch!
not sure if that's how this works, I'm new
so satisfying to watch!
Bravo... Fantastic work!
very nice build...
great job, keep them coming please
Yeahh! Another Tamiya F-16 \m/
Nice work! 👍👍👍
Beautiful work of art...
OMG I remember buying such kits when I was a kid and I tried using marker and superglue...
This is oddly satisfying
Hi, great job.
Could you kindly tell me how you achieved those lighting effects on the final images? How do you get that dramatic look with the shadows? I am moderately proficient with photoshop, however, I still don't really know how to get those effects. Could you kindly explain? Thank you very much and congratulations again
Why don't you glue from back side? I've found it easier, less visible. You are master builder. Just asking.
Nice work
Nice work!
You make it look so easy.
You’re incredible.
Great work
have the same kit and im kinda new to scale models, i made a boat and painted some gunpla's but please teach me master, how tf did u paint those buttons in de the cockpit so clean, for me it looks like a mess. Nice show!

Hello, that's really nice video
did you use thinner?
i wonder what;'s the ratio between the paint and thinner?
Thank you
Add x-21 clear to make a glossy look, then x-22 to take some shine away and make it more dull? Can this be applied like paint?
Very nice!
I believe it would be cooler if it had fuel tanks beforehand, but it still looks awesome
Die Musik von Michael Giacchino würde dabei sehr schön passen :)

I have a technical question for you.

Salut Dusan, you gun airbrush for F-16 ? Thx... Eda Czech Republic. And you name typical slovania. You Country ? G.J. you videos. THX.
Great work! I build the same kit few weeks ago. No problem build but the decals, in my opinion, was terrible.
Great work! I've built a couple of these.
I've never used Tamiya's Mark Fit Strong before. It looks like it's safe to use on their AS spray paints? They settled into the panel lines nicely.
Awesome mate, very nice job :) Did you see the new Su-35 1/48 that Kitty Hawk released?
Awesome job!! ASIAN LEVEL
When you decanted the Tamiya spray paints how did you get the smell and overspray to go away. Thanks, most excellent.
Stunning build it looks perfect, lovely work.:-)
Very nice
I do not fully understand the glueing on the outside surface... Won't it damage the outlooking?
Same here
No, this is the right stuff. House hold super glue will begin to melt the soft plastic. Hes using the correct glue. You hardly see any reminisce of glue. I love using it.

Hi! As always great video. Can you show your work area?
greetings
Paul
Whooops! 😳so sorry, my mistake Dusan still my comments apply.
All the best
to be honest, I envy you.
I wish there is a store in my place.
btw,nice video.
Great done! Especially canopy! But I'm very interesting, how did you mount your camera? And what kind of camera did you use? Maybe your ideas improves also my videos... ;)
Looking great !
However, why do you suggest to paint the inside of the canopy and not the outside ? :o
It will look shinier that way. The Tamiya smoke and clear yellow aren't as glossy as polished plastic.
Mishn0
Ok thank you ! Didn't know that
How did you decant the AS spray? Just spray it into a container? Any other prep to keep it from drying up?
Hi Chris, I have used Brett Greens method for that. You can check it out here: th-cam.com/video/c2NjMD3AW2A/w-d-xo.html
All the best!! Dusan.
Brilliant. Thanks Dusan.
I've always found it odd that certain colours are only available in the AS range and not in the jars.
One question, does this come with CFT’s?
Protip: internal surfaces exposed to the outside are white, and internal surfaces that arent are usually always light olive drab. also paint jobs aren't so defined, but at least you made sure the munitions looked pristine.
Did you have to use putty for the intake?
What color did you used for the pilot and it's jet seat?
Build a Lockheed Martin t33 shooting star 👍👍👍👍👍
Are you putting cement on the outside seams?
Yes
