@@DeadlyDie I just looked it up on Scoobypedia, and the man has SEVENTEEN credits across all of Scooby media. As far back as the early 70's, which of course pre-dates Star Wars by some time. He was even three different characters (including himself) in Guess Who; Joker, Himself and Trickster.
@@WhiteRaven696 I love the episode of Guess Who where he plays himself & he says something along the lines of "you're the guys who helped Batman capture the Joker!" & they say "yeah, how did you know?" & he says "let's just say I have an inside source" & does the joker laugh. I'm paraphrasing as I can't remember exactly what he said without looking it up, but it was brilliant.
I feel like Velma would be more likely to dislike Guy Fieri. She'd hate how brain dead his brand seems and how he really doesn't have a talent. But, by the end she'd grow to appreciate how hard he works to showcase all these different restaurants and the respect he gives each location's culture.
I feel like Velma would be annoyed then find out Guy is actually a great chef who just really likes simple comfort food, and at the end she would tell him he's better than what he does and he's holding himself back, at which point Guy would turn to Velma and be like, "yeah, you could be the world's greatest detective... But you like hanging out and working with your friends, right?" And just leave Velma stunned.
I also feel like Velma would be just so confused over the weird catchphrases that Guy uses , but then just gets used to it by the end and realizes that both of their catchphrases are weird, and learns to accept the weirdness
I swear, Billiam's enthusiasm and appreciation makes me tear up some times. So nice to see genuine love thrown to so many different things on the channel.
As long as we're talking about parodies that featured the original actors, the Family Guy gag featuring Frank Welker as Fred describing the details of a gruesome murder is one of my favorites
Billiam's coverage of Lost has actually made me finally watch the show, and that trainwreck is like one of my favorite TV shows now, actually cried at the ending.
So I agree with wanting Scoob to go all out on the crossover from the word go, but I also really wish that Scoob was secretly a Wacky Races movie, where you have all the racers as potential suspects for a mystery, and Dick Dastardly wanting to be the villain but getting constantly upstaged. I still kind of want that movie
Honestly Pitch that to them. If there is a way, so it. That sounds cool. Heck, they can have some of the other filler villains too. Maybe even work out a bit of them.
Maybe it's because I've been bingewatching the show, but I'd LOVE a Scooby-Doo/Buffy the Vampire Slayer crossover. Go the Supernatural route and have Buffy and co get sucked into a TV and interact with the actual Scooby Gang or something. How funny would it be if Daphne was their universes equivalent of the slayer but her talents are wasted on real-estate developers wearing costumes!
@@dancesmokesmile344Either that or I'd love to see a crossover with Bewitched or Sabrina. They already had a crossover for Jeannie so it makes sense for Bewitched. Also now that I think about it, didn't they have a themepark filled with robots? I'm thinking Westworld. Or Dark Shadows, where the joke is that there is no mystery, everything is real, and just "solving the mystery" causes infinitely more problems than what it fixed, and they have to return everything to the status quo of secrecy.
My favorite thing about the Supernatural episode Scooby-Natural is how often before and after Supernatural referenced Scooby-Doo. I think they even watch Scooby-Doo 2 or 3 times throughout the series.
It's been nearly two decades since I've last seen "Bravo Dooby-Doo", yet I remembered every single plot beat you went over. Not a whole lot of Johnny Bravo has stayed in my head over the years, but that episode is simply eternal.
I remember seeing it for the first time in the early 2000s on Cartoon Network's UK site. Like, ti was just...there to watch, and it was fascinating. I always thought it was an exclusive to their website since I never saw it on the US site.
19:46, Knowing that the Voice-Cast of Scooby-Doo themselves like Frank Welker (as Fred Jones & Scooby-Doo), Grey Delisle Griffin (as Daphne Blake), Kate Micucci (as Velma Dinkley) and Matthew Lillard (as Norville "Shaggy" Rogers) appeared as themselves in Scooby-Doo & Guess Who is still mind-blowing to this very day right now.
Honestly after Scoob basically gave them the shaft despite how long they've been voicing these characters, it was just really sweet to have an episode that appreciated them as voice actors.
@@jlwiseman98 First of all, true. Second, I never had a problem with the casting of SCOOB! since I was already use to Scooby, Scrappy and the others having several people voicing them over the past 50+ Years if you know what I mean by that right now.
@@thefantasticretroreviewer3941 oh yeah, tho the problem was the didn't acknowledge them at all more then anything, which was a dick move even if they had good reasons.
@Will N thats not really the point, in movies, the aim should be just finding good voices for the characters, not hiring people just for star power. Its a complaint thats been around for awhile among animation fans. It doesn't matter how much star power the current SD cast has, or if people know them from somewhere else, they're good at their jobs and people are familiar with them already voicing the characters. Not every celebrity is good at voice acting and the star power won't automatically make a movie better. Its a SD movie, people would of still went to see it if it were a cast of professional nobody vas.
I love this. Guy Fieri uses their adventure to find the food that Daphne loves the most, using deductive reasoning. She doesn't like something about everywhere they go, but eventually, she finds out he has been paying attention to what she does enjoy and finds her the perfect meal, gaining an appreciation for how he approaches the food he tries. Edit: Daphne hates the term "Flavor Town." That's the only reason she has a dislike for him.
This has unlocked a memory of mine I had completely forgotten until now. A couple of years ago, I compiled a list of every crossover scooby has had in the shows and movies, as well as what episode/movie they were in. Even knowing there are literally over 200 characters, even more since I made my list, it's always amazing to think about it.
FINALLY someone discusses the New Scooby Doo Movies!! I was a fervent watcher of Boomerang growing up, and this is how I learned about so many celebrities of the 70s. My parents looked very defeated when I referred to Phyllis Diller or Sandy Duncan as "the lady from Scooby Doo" lmao
I don't usually get a "memory unlocked" moment with iceberg videos (because I either remember the shows or never heard of them), but the Shaggy and Scooby Arabian Nights *really* unlocked a memory I had buried deep into my subconscious, I watched that special when I was a kid
I met the author of Scooby-Doo Team-Up at a convention once. He was really nice, he gave me a free comic and signed it. He also told me about what the next few issues were going to be before they were officially announced. A real class act.
So happy someone finally acknowledged how good Happy Halloween Scooby-Doo! was! The guest stars were great, the plot was fun and Daphne had the perfect balance of her comedic qualities and action, and the final reveal of the police officer was so satisfying after the convolution in the 13 ghosts movie!
Should have mention how in the Team-Up comics, Scooby and Shaggy became Yellow Lanterns in one issue. Literally Sinestro's ring just flew to them because "they can cause the Greatest Fear of all... to *themselves!* "
I did not know of this Courage movie. What a lovely finale for the show after all this time. It's great Thea got to reprise her role one last time for all of us fans. Courage really is a unique ad special show.
I think you should have said a few words about Vincent van Ghoul, who was originally voiced by the legendary Vincent Price. He had a sizable role in the 13 Ghosts of Scooby Doo, and also made a few appearances in Mystery Incorporated.
The whole episode where they are in his house is my favorite. So many references to his movies. Its real fun to see a Dr. Phibes lookalike in Scooby-Doo.
i know that the timelines of all the scooby shows are obviously not synchronized but i do like the implication that bobby flay could be the direct brother of, as in possibly grew up with, the creepy mayor who was fred’s dad in mystery inc. what were those family dinners like
My wish had come true. Finally get to hear Billiam talk about my favorite crossover, the Johnny Bravo episode :D What hits me with that one is that Hannah Barbara was such a huge part of Cartoon Network at that time. It was kind of the backbone of the network because none of their new shows were known yet, and I this crossover fit so so well with what they were trying to do at the time. Bravo was such a huge personality so the contrast between the more reserved 60s/70s characters and the “in-your-face” 90s style of Bravo war really cool I also want to credit Scopby Doo with anyone under 50 knowing who the Harlem Globetrotters even are. They used to be huge had originally were an actual Basketball team that played against other pro teams.
I always wish that one of the 70s Scooby Doo movies would've had Jim Henson as a guest. Imagine Scooby getting into an argument with Kermit before realizing it's a puppet.
I was surprised there was no mention of Harlan Ellison's bizarre ass cameo in Mystery, Incorporated, it's one of the weirdest most random cameos in Scooby-Doo and only becomes weirder for how it comes back around in the final episode to be kind of important to the ending
Speaking of Scooby Doo crossovers, as messy as Scoob was, I still want the Hanna Barbera Cinematic Universe to happen. I love the idea of an animated cinematic universe and what better way to do it than with the entire library of Hanna Barbera cartoons! I've got like a million ideas for how I would set everything up!
Yes I am definitley a Hannah M̶o̶n̶t̶a̶n̶a̶ Barbera representative. We'd like to hear your millions of ideas, just head into our creepy van missing a license plate.
@@sailoritaly I already read that and I think that'd be a great way to assemble all these characters along with a Laff-a-Lympics movie! Making Wacky Races a Laff-a-Lympic sport but giving its' own movie! They'd probably go first and THEN the Laff-a-Lympics! I'd call the first movie called Action Quest, maybe they fight The Great Gazoo who cloned The Flintstones and the rest of Bedrock and turned it into a Westworld style theme park along with Shaggy giving birth to Tinker from Speed Buggy! That'd be a hilarious twist! Then, Animal Quest, where Hanna Barbera's animal characters are kidnapped and mind controlled by IDK, Dr Animo from Ben 10 and Ben makes a cameo joining the fight! Then, Space Quest, bringing in Space Ghost and the Herculoids, who both get their own solos before crossing over, fighting an even bigger threat. Maybe a Kids Next Door villain who's a kid wants to kill all adults and needs a macguffin to do it. And the story continues in a Kids Next Door movie where after every single adult dies, the child heroes from Cartoon Network/ Hanna Barbera shows (obviously, the KND, The Powerpuff Girls, Ben 10, Jonny Quest, maybe Zak Saturday) join forces, going up to space in a ship big enough to carry all of those characters to confront the villain. And THEN Future Quest, which would be a time travel movie which ends with Jabberjaw going to the future with one of Shaggy's descendants if you know who I'm talking about! I don't cuz I don't remember his name. In-between the crossovers, characters with the potential of a cinematic adventure like Jonny Quest, The Flintstones, Speed Buggy, Captain Caveman and the Teen Angels, The Jetsons, Hong Kong Phooey, Quick Draw McGraw or The Funky Phantom (wonder how he'd look in CGI) get their own movies and Hong Kong Phooey gets played by Eddie Murphy who was supposed to voice him in a live action movie that, thank God, got cancelled. While the more simple characters get short films like Yogi Bear with Justin Timberlake reprising his live action movie role as Boo Boo. So yeah, that's the general idea of how I'd make these movies.
My favorite part of the Outta Nowhere crossover was when a friend and I joked about a thing very early on, and then that thing turned out to be the twist at the end, and we lost it. Also, I think Daphne would initially find Guy's flame shirts to be "sooo tacky", but then at the end of the movie once he's grown on her more, she calls them vintage instead.
Listen, I love Frank, always will. He’s so talented and his voice work is amazing. My favorite thing to mention when I talk about Frank Walker’s work is that he’s Megatron, Fred & Scooby, and Curious George. He’s a living legend
Daphne hatred for Guy Fieri runs deep as long ago, on a lone birthday, the one thing she wanted more than anything in the world (at that time) was to go to Flavortown. The birthday came and went, with nary a frosted tip, goatee or flaming silk shirt in sight. She resents him for "ruining" her birthday, when in reality there is no actual place called Flavortown.
People found it weird that hanna barbera tried to make a cinematic universe with the most recent scooby-doo movie but theyve always been trying to make it a thing for decades. The MCU just gave them the idea they could finnaly do it.
One of the creators of Inspector Gadget _was_ actually a writer on Dyno-Mutt, and the latter was basically the prototype for the former. Pop Arena goes into more detail about it (including a weird connection with Lupin the III).
The weirdest part here is... I've seen every single one of these movies/episodes... I'm glad to see someone is able to appreciate Scooby-Doo as much as me. Thank you, Billiam.
the johnny bravo crossover is such a core memory for me like i distinctly remember where i was and the day i watched as a little kid like something about it stuck to me so much
Shaggy asking Bobby Flay for beef wellington actually warms my troll cackles, because for a long stretch of time Shaggy's iconic voice actor was a vegetarian and insisted the character of Shaggy be rewritten to also be a vegetarian despite part of the humor being that a pencil thin man was a glutton who can and will eat large amounts of basically anything. Reverting the character to eagerly eat meat again is a more recent change than you'd think!
@@puredemon5926 It mainly came from Casey Kasem being known to be a vegan and better treatment of animals type of guy, then Burger King had an ad with Scooby-Doo to which they tried to shove Casey into voicing Shaggy in it, who unsurprisingly was not having it, leading to him actually hopping out of the role for a little, coming back once he had made the case for Shaggy to be a vegetarian.
i'm convinced vegetarians/vegans and christians are the most controlling people to ever exist... what the hell is up with needing to make sure everyone in the surrounding area does everything the same as them?? CARTOONS even!
Your original run of Scooby Doo videos is what made me learn to truly appreciate good scooby doo episodes/movies. My girlfriend and I have bonded so many days and nights talking about the different facets to the characters, where they work and where they don't, how the dynamics could be used in new ways. It's been an honor hyper fixating with you.
I've never really been super-into Scooby Doo, but these past couple weeks I've just been in a mood for it and I feel like I'm appreciating it in a new way. There's just something... comfy about it. It's like a warm blanket of nostalgia.
I kinda love how Hannah-Barbera will pimp out the rights to scooby doo for all these different iterations. There's so much insanity between all the different versions and parodies that it's amazing. It still has heart but nobody puts it on a pedistal
I knew about the Supernatural one for years, but now part of me hopes they’ll release a Scooby Doo costume pack for Dead by Daylight solely because I think it’d be funny.
Maxwell Atoms also directed Happy Halloween Scooby Doo and was attached to direct Straight outta Nowhere, but dropped out when he learned John R. Dilworth (creator of Courage) wasn’t involved.
the Bravo crossover is my all time favourite . I remember seeing it one halloween on The Cartoon Network, and I genuinely laughed out loud so hard. I still adore the crossover to this day.
I always love seeing you cover Scooby-Doo (mostly because that's how I found you and I'm a massive Scooby-Doo fan) and to be truthful. Guess Who is my favorite iteration, it just has such good comedy and makes me so happy. Classic Scooby-Doo just feels so under-rated after Mystery Inc. came out and seeing a return to it is so good.
I would just like to add, in the OK KO crossover, there was a brief, like, 3 second shot done in the Ed Edd n' Eddy animation style. It was completely random, served zero purpose, and funny as heck.
The scooby doo batman crossover was my childhood. We had it on DVD and I would endlessly watch it as a kid. Edit: Also weird connection I have to Scooby Doo is that my mom went to school with Daphne's current VA Grey Griffin and still keep in touch through Facebook. Weird flex but I think it's cool.
I love scooby doo too. For some reason, my Elementary school on rural Indiana would keep SD playing on a big screen tv (was a big deal in the 90’s) in the cafeteria. To be a kid watching Scooby Doo episodes for the first time, while eating square pizza, again… 😌
Man at least you're not counting the scooby doo comics cause, they have basically teamed up with every DC superhero to ever exist, I'm talking green lantern, shazam, captain atom, red tornado, even the god damn doom patrol, I hope a part two comes anytime and it's just comics/any other things you might have missed.
not only did peter falk play columbo his entire life, but there's like 69 episodes all told and if you subtract the bad ones, that's a super strong legacy for a character with such relatively small presence on tv.
Favorite Crossover is the Simple Plan one. Not only are they my favorite band but it’s so funny to see them just standing there trying to act. Like, it’s so funny to see Pierre Bouvier try to act shocked.
I think there is a series that would be excellent for Scooby Doo to crossover with and be something completely new for the series to meet: _Lupin the Third._ It's probably Japan's equivalent of Scooby Doo and aesthetically it matches up perfectly. Also it would be an anime crossover which as far as I'm aware is something the Scooby Doo series hasn't really crossovered with before. There would probably be a somewhat rivalry between both the Mystery Gang and Lupin's Crew because in a way Lupin is almost EVERYTHING the Gang is opposed to.
56:09 this feels like a crossover on a fanfic website that no one wants that combined things that don’t go together like the bridge and talons & tails.
I think Scooby Doo needs to have a cross-over with the Count Chocula/Franken Berry/Boo Berry cereal brand. I think that's could be a delightful little oddity.
I've proudly also seen every piece of Scooby media as I've had a lifelong obsession lol. The KISS movie is one of my favorites simply for the absolute fever dream level absurdity. The Globetrotter appearances were why I loved going to see the globetrotters every year and Phyllis Diller was a favorite comedian of mine. Can't forget the Simple Plan episode of What's New, Scooby Doo? since they did the theme song for that version. Out of the recent movies, the Courage movie combined two of my childhood favorites in such a fun way.
The Scooby crossover episodes are the reasons why I like crossovers to this day. The Batman episodes are classic but seeing Don Knotts’ character and Johnny Bravo brought back memories I didn’t know were back there
My friends and I binge watched most of the crossover episodes and films last year. My favorite hands down has to be the KISS crossover. Between the gang being hardcore fans and the Sailor Moon inspired transformation sequences, that was an awesome ride that I wouldn’t mind reliving! 🥰 Edit - that and the classic Don Knotts crossover is just brilliant 😂 Edit 2 - the last episode with David Cross and Gary Coleman - when I saw that, I thought I imagined that episode from my childhood. I can’t believe it’s real! 😂

Also clearly Daphne thinks Guy's style is garish but learns that he puts a lot of work into his presentation and thus learns to appreciate people who like different things from her.
32:00 Daphne doesn’t like Guy Fieri bc she thinks his shirts with flames on them are really tacky. She also has rich girl privilege where she thinks you can’t find good food at dives, until they finally visit a backwoods cookout where she discovers a love of barbecue and a deep respect for all the things fire does for us. Episode ends with her finding a stylish flame outfit for herself as the gang and guy fieri enjoy some really messy ribs
I loved Scooby-Doo and Supernatural so when I watched that episode I was so stoked! Not many cartoons do full on crossover episodes like Scooby-Doo... maybe cameos but not crossovers. Thanks for the episode my friend, great work!-SLD
19:50 this is the most wholesome thing a company/franchise can do. This is truly why everything can love scoobydoo. It's not to hate joke on things, it's to highlight and explore and have fun. That's most likely why people ended up hating the new scoobydo velma.
Thanks for the suggestion to watch Harvey Birdman Attorney at Law! I really enjoyed it. I mostly watched Boomerang growing up so I actually recognized many of the characters. Its a great show!

Of course, we all know him for playing…
Buddy Huxton from Problem Solverz and Larry-3000 from Time Squad
I feel like he's the most recurring celebrity guest star in life.
@@BinglesP oh my gosh, someone else who remembers Time Squad!
I feel like Velma would be more likely to dislike Guy Fieri. She'd hate how brain dead his brand seems and how he really doesn't have a talent. But, by the end she'd grow to appreciate how hard he works to showcase all these different restaurants and the respect he gives each location's culture.
ive heard he was a homophobe though
I feel like Velma would be annoyed then find out Guy is actually a great chef who just really likes simple comfort food, and at the end she would tell him he's better than what he does and he's holding himself back, at which point Guy would turn to Velma and be like, "yeah, you could be the world's greatest detective... But you like hanging out and working with your friends, right?" And just leave Velma stunned.
Velma would represent the evolution of the internet’s opinion of Guy over the years lol
@@emirparkreiner7801 this is such good character development for both guy and velma in so little sentences
I also feel like Velma would be just so confused over the weird catchphrases that Guy uses , but then just gets used to it by the end and realizes that both of their catchphrases are weird, and learns to accept the weirdness
Imagine how different Scoobynatural would go if Sam and Dean were sent to the world of Mystery Incorporated.
I want the scooby gang be transported to the supernatural world instead.
Daphne manically questioning if she's going to hell just made my day
Why do you THINK you might go to hell though Daphne? WHAT HAVE YOU DONE, DAPHNE?!
BILLIAM. YOU never cease to amaze me. Your coverage of Scooby-Doo and Lost should get you a SPOT in the TH-cam Hall of fame
It'd be "Never cease to amaze" unless you meant to insult him.
Billiam's coverage of Lost has actually made me finally watch the show, and that trainwreck is like one of my favorite TV shows now, actually cried at the ending.
"You are coverage"
🛌🏽
Hell yes
So I agree with wanting Scoob to go all out on the crossover from the word go, but I also really wish that Scoob was secretly a Wacky Races movie, where you have all the racers as potential suspects for a mystery, and Dick Dastardly wanting to be the villain but getting constantly upstaged. I still kind of want that movie
That's... That's a pretty good pitch. I'd watch that.
Dammit, that's good! What a waste!
Honestly Pitch that to them. If there is a way, so it. That sounds cool.
Heck, they can have some of the other filler villains too. Maybe even work out a bit of them.
Scoob 2 plot confirmed
Maybe it's because I've been bingewatching the show, but I'd LOVE a Scooby-Doo/Buffy the Vampire Slayer crossover. Go the Supernatural route and have Buffy and co get sucked into a TV and interact with the actual Scooby Gang or something. How funny would it be if Daphne was their universes equivalent of the slayer but her talents are wasted on real-estate developers wearing costumes!
I just need this in my life
I need to see this!!
Not a whole lot of Johnny Bravo has stayed in my head over the years, but that episode is simply eternal.
my sister and i consistently quote “apple core baltimore who’s your friend? ME”
"My glasses! I can't see without my glasses!"
"My glasses! I can't be seen without my glasses!"
@@jlwiseman98 Okay, fine, I would make an argument about it, but I guess you have a fair point.
I feel like it'd be his hair style. She doesn't like frosted tips.
@@Earthenfist both? Both is good.
Which, honestly, fair point.
Ridiculous term for an enduring brand.
I regularly quote that Velma/Johnny bravo exchange. It's lived rent free in my head after watching this episode once.
I had that with the Johnny Bravo episode haha
It was my introduction to Scooby Doo
@@slavishentity6705 cool. My introduction to Scooby-Doo where re-runs of _Scooby-Doo where are you?_
I met the author of Scooby-Doo Team-Up at a convention once. He was really nice, he gave me a free comic and signed it. He also told me about what the next few issues were going to be before they were officially announced. A real class act.
What was his name?
@@thefantasticretroreviewer3941 Sholly Fisch. He's done a lot of all-ages stuff for DC.
@@ferrolad Wait, I think I remember the name now.
Don't ask how I forgot already.
Jeannie IS the I Dream Of Jeannie one. She’s just a cartoon version from a Hanna-Barbera cartoon based on the sitcom.
The character from Laff-A-Lympics that you don't recognize is Mildew Wolf. He's originally from It's the Wolf!, a Cattanooga Cats segment.
Really thought you’d mention the Blair Witch parody Scooby Doo did, it’s really funny seeing the cast in an actual horror role
i know that the timelines of all the scooby shows are obviously not synchronized but i do like the implication that bobby flay could be the direct brother of, as in possibly grew up with, the creepy mayor who was fred’s dad in mystery inc. what were those family dinners like
That mayor wasn't Fred's real dad. Brad and Judy (I think were the names) from the OG mystery group were Fred's parents
19:46 I had no idea Kate Micucci of all people was voicing Velma nowadays, good for her! _Garfunkel & Oates_ remains a severely underrated comedy show
Yeah, for a while now.
Who'd you expect, anyway?
I loved that show lol
@@sonorasgirl You aren't alone

My wish had come true. Finally get to hear Billiam talk about my favorite crossover, the Johnny Bravo episode :D
What hits me with that one is that Hannah Barbara was such a huge part of Cartoon Network at that time.
It was kind of the backbone of the network because none of their new shows were known yet, and I this crossover fit so so well with what they were trying to do at the time. Bravo was such a huge personality so the contrast between the more reserved 60s/70s characters and the “in-your-face” 90s style of Bravo war really cool
I also want to credit Scopby Doo with anyone under 50 knowing who the Harlem Globetrotters even are. They used to be huge had originally were an actual Basketball team that played against other pro teams.
The Ricky Gervais episode being mid is so representative of Ricky's career
If you want more Hanna Barbara crossovers, read the Future Quest comics. It has a bunch of Hanna Barbara super heroes fighting a Lovecraftian monster
@@sailoritaly
I already read that and I think that'd be a great way to assemble all these characters along with a Laff-a-Lympics movie!
Jellystone is the closest we have for now, sadly minus Scooby-Doo and a few other properties.
Dude I just want Learning With Pibby
He's also been Garfield for some time
Daphne hatred for Guy Fieri runs deep as long ago, on a lone birthday, the one thing she wanted more than anything in the world (at that time) was to go to Flavortown.
I wondered about that bit. That was always such an odd thing for the voice actor to request.
The Scooby-Doo characters are almost like a time capsule in the form of franchised characters.
Good call, i'm glad the guy has respect for his fellow CN creators.
I liked the crossover but now I’m sad. Happy he stood in solidarity with his fellow creator
“Endgame is the most ambitious crossover over”
Scooby Doo:”Hold my Scooby snacks!!!!”
Don Knotts will always be my spooky groundskeeper.
the Bravo crossover is my all time favourite . I remember seeing it one halloween on The Cartoon Network, and I genuinely laughed out loud so hard. I still adore the crossover to this day.
The glasses bit with Velma and Johnny made ME, a 34 year old man, bust out laughing. Shit's just funny!
"Fuck that McMahon guy tho"
Billiam, you have no idea how right you are.
I loved Ghoul School as a kid, so seeing OK KO bring it back makes me want to check the show out
That mini explanation about KISS lore made their appearance in Fairly Odd Parents make way more sense
30:04 “Bat the ace hound” I almost thought I had a stroke
30:14 “Scooby dresses up as Bat, the Ace-Hound” 😂 I think u got a bit tongue-tied there, bud.
not only did peter falk play columbo his entire life, but there's like 69 episodes all told and if you subtract the bad ones, that's a super strong legacy for a character with such relatively small presence on tv.
Favorite Crossover is the Simple Plan one. Not only are they my favorite band but it’s so funny to see them just standing there trying to act. Like, it’s so funny to see Pierre Bouvier try to act shocked.
Zombie pumpkins were also in a Bill & Mandy halloween special. One of the best Halloween specials.
A true shame that you didnt mention that the entire kiss movie turns out to be a drug induced nightmare of the scooby and kiss gang
They kind of leave it ambiguous in the end with Shag and Scoob being the only ones to know the truth like usual.
I think there is a series that would be excellent for Scooby Doo to crossover with and be something completely new for the series to meet:
_Lupin the Third._
It's probably Japan's equivalent of Scooby Doo and aesthetically it matches up perfectly.
How on earth would that even work?
Edit - that and the classic Don Knotts crossover is just brilliant 😂
Edit 2 - the last episode with David Cross and Gary Coleman - when I saw that, I thought I imagined that episode from my childhood. I can’t believe it’s real! 😂
Maybe Daphne doesn't like his fashion sense but in the end she has her own outfit inspired by his outfit and hair LOL
How is it that literally 2 days ago I found your channel searching for scooby doo reviews, and now I'm blessed with a new one? It's the spirits of college giving me another way to procrastinate.
Also clearly Daphne thinks Guy's style is garish but learns that he puts a lot of work into his presentation and thus learns to appreciate people who like different things from her.
The Courage crossover makes me so happy only because it’s been like 20 years since the show ended. And we’ll never get more with the original VAs.
I cannot lie that joke about the rulers Floating away in space fucking is hilarious And I died laughing
Scooby Doo videos are the reason I found Billiam's channel. So stoked every time he makes a new one!
That Halloween Scooby Doo movie that's a forty minute car chase was some of the most insane shit I've ever seen. What a fun watch with friends.
The car chase was so unnecessarily long, but it was such a fun movie.
I had no idea about the Guess Who episode that featured the voice cast as themselves. I just watched it and it made me so happy.
Brave and the Bold's Joker is inspired by Richard Sprang's art style, further showing how the show's homages go all the way back to the Golden Age, I got a soft spot for that design too
Billiam I love you. Your extensive deep dives into Scooby media are my favorite videos on TH-cam. The editing in this one was fantastic too! I had to rewind the scene where Scooby crashes the Mystery Machine into the Joker and Penguin.
I can’t wait for next Scoobtober!
Trust me, watching 12 seasons of supernatural is just as much of a trip as skipping ahead 12 seasons.
This is true and I 100% would recommend it it's a glorious mess that will both make you smile and groan.

Honestly, the Laff-a-Lympics was my introduction as a kid to a large majority of the Hannah Barbera characters. I used to watch that shit on repeat 😭
