Just came across this. I know it's been ten years and it looks like this product didn't take off but I gotta say that's a damn shame it didn't. This looks like a solid design, construction and very well thought out. Not some cheap, Chinese knock-ff POS that we seem to get these days. You can tell a lot of thought and work went into this. You can tell from the video that this is a quality, solid product. Props to the designer. There's a lot of similar products out there but nothing that seems as well built.
Where can I buy this and now much does it retail for? I am planning on buying a 2013 ram 1500 crew cab but would love this. The beds are short and would love a no compromise solution lime this. I think the 6 foot 4 inch bed might be close to 8 foot with this.
Is this video intended as a marketing promotion? Completely useless if no one knows how to buy one. Chances are it was way too expensive to produce and the inventor just gave up.
