Heimerdinger is my favourite champion. I used to play him mid but after champions with crazy mobility started appearing, he was no longer playable in the middle. In the good old times turrents did not stop working when Heimer was away from them and you can bully all three lanes at once with turrets. I haven't tried him as support with the new sup items. In ARAM, if you have one tank in the team, he is godly.
I remember doing Heimerdinger Bot Carry with an AP Blitzcrank Support friend and us just making the bot lane absolutely impossible to survive against because a single pull spelled doom for enemies
I like electrocute personally a lot more than comet. Every turret shots stacks towards it, making it very easy to proc, along with being unavoidable, unlike comet.
I felt the "he soon stopped playing her after she became one of the best junglers in the game" I was an OTP Ornn until I started seeing him played in pro games and then his pick and ban rate went up.

Hes basically a perfect champion. Free armor, permanent damage increase, burst...sustained damage. Not only does he also have a shield, but every ability he has can be used for both disengage and engage. Can fit nearly every comp too.
Heimer is not the only support that can solo drag. If you take smite on either tahm kench or taric, recall at 4 minutes and sell your support item for a jungle item, you can easily solo drag as support at 5 minutes.
@@lukzfresh4708 after completing the drag, take a camp or 2 from the enemy jungle, then resell and buy supp item again. It saves your progress towards completion

As a heimer main those combos are very good but my build isnt burst but DOT/damage over time and pure cd for faster clearing and every time I get gamked I always get a kill

I played with a Heimerdinger support a few days ago.. he was at platinum 4 if I remember correctly, but he took all the adc's cs and kills and the adc just couldn't do anything... and the heimerdinger got an S+ that game ;-;

i like to stack 3 turrets on one place, it looks like one turret, but when enemy gets close enough i just press e and they got always one shot.
I like electrocute personally a lot more than comet. Every turret shots stacks towards it, making it very easy to proc, along with being unavoidable, unlike comet.
electrocute is better against melee type of champs, especially if you go top. but I think comet is still best mid with poke runes
