Coach, in the go-behind drag, once I've brought my opponent to their elbows and grabbed their arm, should I pull back their arm before grabbing their leg, or do I simply maintain control of their arm while going behind? Also, great video btw!
@@Niaz_S I'm not a wrestler, I do BJJ so it's much easier to go behind for me. I chose to just spam the arm drag go behind. That combined with the guillotine threat is more than enough to work with for my skill level of guys.

Thank you! And use the arm to pull yourself around, it doesn’t matter much if there arm moves or not when you pull
Why would you opt for certain go behinds over others? What do you think is the best go behind for a beginner?
The answer to why you’d do any move over any move is because every wrestlers reaction is unique.
