Update: I am no longer practicing yoga due to some personal convictions about it. I am continuing to stretch and exercise while being mindful of Christ, listening to worship music and sermons, and being in prayer.

Perhaps you could use another term other than "Yoga"? You are right, yoga has come under Christian concerns because specific posturing done in worship of "other deities". Thank you so much for this comment. I recently took a Bible study class on spiritual warfare, and it opened my eyes to many things. While I know that God knew my heart and the way I was approaching yoga from a mindset of wanting to honor Him, I do agree with you and have not been practicing yoga in the last few months at all. I've replaced it with basic stretching, walking, and some pilates. I'll be spending some time in the next couple months cleaning up my TH-cam videos to add highlighted comments explaining my change of convictions on this issue. Thank you for being willing to share this concern in such a kind way. I'll definitely check out the video you recommended!

Hi Gladys! Unfortunately, I'm not a crochet-er. My vision board was a scarf hanger that I repurposed as a display.
