    실기 시험시 초보분들 특히 심장이 벌렁 거리시는 분들은 몇시간 전에 우황 청심환을 하나 드시고 눈을 감고 본인이 해야할 순서를 이미지화 하는 연습을 ㅋㅋㅋ 그리고 아크 시작할때 크게 숨을 한번 들이키시고 끝날때까지 호흡을 참거나 아주 가늘게 내쉼을 유지 하시면 봉의 떨림이 덜 합니다
    군에서 사격을 하실때 안정감을 눞이는 호흡법과 비슷 합니다 이건 제 개인적인 시험 통과 방식이니 참고만 해주세요 다들 홧팅요^^

    I think the cover pass/ capping was so high or as we know is OVERLAP, you must trying SPIRAL when the capping is already to weld, not half of U, or zig-zag... welder is so cool and i'm an underwater welder too lol 😂😂😂

      루트면을 두겁게 하시고 용접을 해보세요 그럼 구멍이 안나겠죠? 빽이 약하게 나온다 하시면 전류를 올리시면 됩니다!

      빽이 약하게나오면 전류를 올리는법도 있지만 다른꿀팁은 약한 전류로 백면 모서리에 바짝대서 빠르게 이동하면 빽 잘나옵니다

    The undercut on the backside of your first weld tells me the electrode is similar to an AWS 7018? If the weld sample is designed for structural or machinery applications and the engineer approves ...its an awesome weld!
    The undercut would probably show on x-ray and/or tear in a side-bend test, so that electrode might not work for pipe welding ?

      Keith Jewell that electrode isn’t for running a root pass. 6010 is. And you’re right, it looks like 7018 or 6013

      If welding is a bit familiar to you guys, you should know what type of rod he is running judging by the appearance and color of the slag. It is a 7018. That dude has a small land ( root face ) in this particular clip. That's why he has undercut. If you know what you are doing and are good at it , you can run a 7018 root on pipe and it will pass every possible test. It is actually a pretty common procedure, especially in very cold places ( Siberia, Scandinavia) on pipelines, since low hydrogen roots are less prone to cracking and loss of toughness in temperatures lower than - 40C. Have a nice day guys.

    용접봉 각도를 90도로 세워도 백이 잘 나올까요? 지도 해주는 사람은 전진하는 방향으로 10도 정도로 밀면서 백을 내라고해서 질문 드림니다.

      너무90도까지 세우면 슬러그가 앞으로 먼저 가고 스패터도 마니 튀겨요 자세에 따라 각을 조금 주는게 저는 좋더라구요

      아크는 모재에 용접봉 이 붙은 상태에서 꺽은다음 살짝만 때준다는 느낌으로 하심 아크가 붙습니다
      시험용은 E4316입니다
      (E-전기용접 43-인장강도16-용가제)

    1차 2차 비드 쌓으실때 암페어는 몇으로 주고 하시나요?

      1차는 보통 80~100A로 합니다.
      실력이 뛰어나면 90A 이하로도 가능하지만, 처음 접해본 사람이 그렇게 하는 건 무리 이고,
      보통 90~100A 이하에서 하는데, 처음 하는 사람이 7016을 90A 이하에서 하기는 어렵습니다.
      처음 하는 거라면, 90~100A로 하시라고 추천하겠습니다.
      2차와 3차는 보통 120A에서 합니다.
      모재가 9T 정도라면 2차와 3차를 130A에서 해도 가능합니다.

    궁금합니다...용접봉 7016으로할때, 90A에 맞춰하면 너무 붙어서...엉망입니다...전류를 높게하면 달라붙는게 덜하긴한데......안붙을려면 어케해야하는건지???

      모든지 첨부터 잘할수는 없듯이 낮은전류에서는 아크가 불안정 하기때문에 용접을 하기가 힘들어요 관심을 가지고 쭉하다보면 누구나 잘하는게 용접입니다

      고생하셨습니다 그리고 축하드려요 특수용접은 CO2, TIG를 하셔야되는데요 CO2는 일반 전기용접과 비슷한느낌이지만 TIIG완전 다른 방식의 용접이라서요 TIG연습을 마니하시면 될거 같습니다

      열이 받은상태에서는 용접이 더 잘되요 하지만 영상에서는 예열은 하지 않고 용접한거예요

    선생님~~~ 제가 전기용접 아래보기 맞대기 용접 하는데 처음 1차 백비드 낼때 자꾸만 용융풀이 아래로 처지면서 고드름 형식으로 물이 흘러내려요....ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 아래보기 자세로 할때마다 빽이 고드름처럼 흘러내려서 도대체 어떻게 해야할지 모르겠어서 여쭤 볼려고요....😅😅

      아크길이를 짧게 하시고 그래도 흘러내리면 짧게 하신뒤 운봉을 빠르게 하시면 흘러내리지 않을껍니다!

      시험날의 환경 계절 겨을이냐 여름이냐 즉 모재 자체의 온도에 따라 조금씩 달라 진다고 생각 합니다 여름엔 93ㅡ95인것이 겨울엔 100 정도로 올려야 할때가 있더라구요

      저도 잘하는건 아닙니다만 어느정도 하는 학생인데 9T같은 경우 전류 한 93정도 놔주시고 천천히 진행 해보셔요 구멍 뚫리는게 제 생각엔 처음에 만든 용융풀이 부족해서 루트면만 녹아서 그런것같아요 1년전 댓글이라 지금은 잘하시겠지만 ..

      네 6t는 두줄 쌓는다 생각하시면 되고요 / 9t는 3번 쌓아야 용접봉 3.2 파이를 사용했을때 적당해요 ~

      루트간격3.2mm, 루트면 2mm, 가접전류 110A , 1차 85A, 2차 115A입니다

      @@_riz5222 V가공이 되어있는건 1차용접을하게 되면 빽비드가 나오는데요 필렛이나 맛대기용접에서는 빽이 안나오니깐요

    용접기능사 실기 준비합니다. 궁금한게 있어서 질문합니다.
    1. 영상에서 보면 08:48초에서 맨 끝자락에 하신게 크레이터 처리인가요???
    2. 영상에서 용접기는 직류용접기를 사용하시나요? 아니면 교류용접기를 사용하시나요?
    3. 1패스 들어갈때 비드유지 잘하다가 갑자기 빵꾸나면 어떤 방법으로 수습하는지..?
    (빵꾸나는 이유?)

      1 네 마지막 크레이터 처리는 시험 보실때 안해줘도 크게 상관은 없어요
      2 교류 용접기 사용했습니다
      3 빵구가 나면 그걸 보안 하기 위해 가장 좋은 방법은 루트면을 두껍게 갈아주시면 됩니다 2~2.5정도 해보세요

    여러분...용접기능사시험때 이렇게 하면 잦됩니다...;; 3차용접때 용접뷔드 높이가 저렇게 높으면 그라인더로 제거할때 시간 더많이 걸립니다. 그이유는 즉 2차용접을 너무 느리게가서 2차용접때 용융물이 높게 쌓아진거죠 영상에서 나온것만봐도 2차가 높은거를 알수있습니다 그리고 용접봉이 짧아 끊더라도 가운데에서 끊지마십시오. 잦됩니다. 휘어짐강도 시험에서 그냥 부러집니다 절대 이렇게 하지마세요...^^;;

      끝부분 중간부분 사이에 있는 부분을 그라인더 가공후 굽힘시험 했어요

    not good work and im from germany. you have to grind the ends of your weldseam because when you start the next rod, you need the power in it, you have to melt the end of your weldseam and thats why you have to use your grinder. Grind it down to 1-2 millimeters and your power in coming though it. The root is bad when you start your second rod.
