Best reviews on contacts! Thank you! As I'm obsessed to find most natural look which makes my eyes to look natural and not like my eyes looking in different direction. I often see people outside and immediately can tell the person wears contacts and that's the worst and honestly it makes the people look worse than their real eyes and looks kinda silly...I have watched your other videos and love it, but this is the first video when I actually can notice the lizard effect especially on your left eye looks like it is looking to the left side more.. It seems like hazel contacts shows the bug eye effect most. I like the video, just saying these what you are wearing most of the video are noticeable

Hi Danica, i just wanna say that this was the most helpful contact vid i ever seen! And it was posted on my birthday! So i took that as a sign and I just ordered the whole 4 colors from ColorCL lol thanks for the discount code!
@@DanicaRevamped Hello Danica, just wanted to give u an update. First, the lenses arrived in 3 days! I liked the Halo Green the most. It looks so faded in color maybe that's why I liked it. Honestly, for the rest 3 colors, I cannot see any difference on my eyes "I have slightly light brown eyes". For the bug eye effect, I still feel the lens on my left eye moves a lot "maybe thats just my eyes" but u can't see this effect with faded colors I guess.
Thanks for the update!! I guess the other lenses didnt have enough pigment for you. Maybe stick to the halo line if you buy from colorcl in the future, I hope youre enjoying your Halo Green :)
Love how you compare and go into great detail about each contact. Also love the close ups and far away footage. Gives a great all around idea of how the contact will look 😍😍😍
Hello Danica! Great videos! helps us make a choice!! I just have a question : should we look for tight pupil wholes or large pupil wholes for a more natural effect? thank you!
Hi! Do you think that the TTD polar lights lenses look too big eyed or dramatic? I'm interested in them so I was wondering about your opinion on them/why you didn't like them enough for this vid. TYSM!! Your videos have been immensely helpful :)
Oh yeah, that line is way too dramatic in my opinion. The best from TTDEYE is their Iris Line, and also their most recent Spanish line that they just dropped
Thanks for this review! I got the Halo Khaki and Iris BG II and love them. My absolute favorite contact of all time so far is the ColorCL Siesta Crystal Hazel. Surprised it didn't make it to this list! While I don't think the other Siesta Crystal (non-Iris non-Halo) are as natural on me because my dark brown eye pokes through the 5mm pupil hole (I wish they would make the pupil hole tighter like the Iris/Halo), the Crystal Hazel just blends so seamlessly with my natural eye color that even close up I can't even see where the pupil hole begins, and it looks so natural and gorgeous while still showing up enough on my very dark brown eyes. People can't tell it's not my real eye color because it looks that natural. I understand contacts look different on every person though, so maybe these don't blend as well with some people's eyes.
They didn't blend very well on mine (I have review of the whole crystal collection up). Consider yourself lucky! Sometimes the particular shade of brown just works, and blends perfectly with the color of your natural eye to create a seamless look. I wish this was the case for me because I really did love the color of the crystal Hazel, they were very light but still very natural looking
My friend and I use the color cl ones they are SOOO natural looking !! except one thing, do you guys have issues with seeing clearly?? We both cannot see at night its all blurry LOL. I cant tell if its the brand... bc we both had diff colors too, but things get blurry!
That's so weird, I've never had that experience with my ColorCl contacts. I have heard from certain viewers however that sometimes their vision was obstructed by certain Iris line ones, but I really think it depends on how big your iris and pupil hole is. I have personally never had trouble, and I don't think you know till you try them on your own eyes type thing
@@DanicaRevamped Really? We love these contacts and they are super comfortable the only thing is that even lights at night are really blurry so we can not even drive in them. I purchased another set (the halo) to make sure it wasn't just a bad batch and the same thing happened. I am super sad because I love how natural these look and really like them :(

Super excited lets goooo! 💗🌷💖 Edit: I'm not gonna lie... have u noticed A LOT of ttdeye contacts have that "lazy eye" affect??? Or is it just me 😳🤔🤔🤨 yet they're way up there in the "colored lenses world" yes certain lines don't, but most do!!! Unless it's just my eyes 😂😂😂... but yeah, thought I'd mention that. Esp the queen like & the polar lights line. Yet ppl still RAVE about them. Interesting. I also wanted to mention ive seen ppl with VERY dark eyes try the iris green from ttdeye & THEY SHOW UP! LOL. Its weird? The iris purple showed up as barely there on her like almost nothing but the iris green literally looked like a light green limbal ring with a VERY light brown inner portion. Its odd how the opacity works on diff colored brown eyes. Also I NEED the avela and ocre they're just SO expensive for one pair😭. Also, I mentioned to another reviewer that I REALLY liked Hapa Kristin & she said "they need to be more 'believable' "... ? To me they look SOOO natural... am I missing something? Another edit: 😂 ur eyelashes look so FULL & LONG?!?! also are u doing anything to your brows bc they're looking full & fierce as well 😳💖😍🥰awesome content as usual beautiful. Stay safe
It's from the castor oil! I'm still using it I've been using it over 3 months now and yes I think it's made my eyebrows thicker too lol. For the iris green I've seen reviews where it didn't show up on very dark brown eyes I guess it really does depend on the individual but better safe than sorry I don't want people wasting their money that would suck. I agree I think that the most popular colors from ttdeye just aren't that realistic I always just recommend their iris colors
@@DanicaRevamped very true about wasting their money. Yeah I understand recommending the iris line then. What about the gentle sunlight line? You didn't think they were realistic?
Honestly idk what color eyes you have but ocre does NOT look like how it does on the models. They are more of an orangish tint than light brown. I have hazel eyes and put them on and looked like a zombie. Where do u reccomend getting the hapa lenses.
@@kaylaj88 I dont know much about the hapa Kristin lenses I've just seen reviews & liked them. (Most of them anyway) my eyes are a medium/light brown. Dang! Just tried to grab those Halo Khaki lenses from Color CL & they’re sold out- thank for the video though, I never would have actually purchased a pair without having a solid recommendation (and affordable price!) 💕
Colorcl brand is new for me? Are they comfortable?, I look for natural and comfortable lens , I usually wear Solotica Avela but for some reason looks fake on me , since I have honey natural color on my eyes.
Could you please recommend some good contact cases that don't let your contacts dry out, Danica? I have a real problem with this, as I don't wear contacts that often. Of course, I screw the cases shut very tightly, but to no avail, oftimes.
The only lense case that doesn't dry out are the ones you get with the contact solution brand called Clear Care, where they use hydrogen peroxide to cleanse the lenses instead. They aren't standard cases they look more like vials, but they never dry out! And I prefer this solution because it doesn't contain preservatives like the other ones. You just have to wait 5 hours for the solution to neutralize but it works really well. You should be able to find this brand at your drugstore if you live in North America :)
Never had Spanish olive but scandi olive is THE most natural hazel lens I have ever owned. I used to wear halo khaki but comparing that to scandi is day and night. Scandi doesn’t have an enlarging affect but it blends perfect with my lighter brown eyes, I can’t even tell they’re contacts & neither could my boyfriend.
My eyes are a very dark blue grey with the tiniest amount of light brown around the pupil. I am new to contact lenses and recently purchased the Solotica Hidrocor monthly lenses in topazio. I got the bug eye look so bad. I haven’t seen any reviews where they did that to anyone else.. but all the reviews I have seen have been on people with medium to dark brown eyes. Could it be my natural eye color that made them look bad?
No they just have a bug eye effect it's the way they're designed. Only certain colors from Solotica don't have that effect unfortunately topazio doesn't have the right pupil holy design. The reason why they looked natural on people with very dark brown eyes is because they're eyes are so dark they you can't see their real pupil so it looks like their pupil is just bigger even though they're actual iris is peeking through if that makes any sense. Also most reviewers dont zoom in so from afar with their film lights they look natural but in person not so much
Danica Revamped Thank you so much! I was beginning to think I was crazy. Do any of the light blue shades from Solotica not have the bug eye effect? I have always wanted light bright blue eyes. My sister has eyes like Bunny/Grav3yardgirl and it makes me so envious.
