Please air this on your TV programs. I asked a group of high school kids in Kiambu county what they knew about fire and safety. They know nothing. Is this information taught in the schools? The answer was in the negative. No fire drills no information. Very worrisome and troubling. This information saves lives. Why is there no such education in schools? This also includes first aide. CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) learning how to recognize signs of stroke. This may not be what your topic in this forum was about but since you reach out via your programs throughout the nation please ask this question of the politicians/decision makers in education.
