It is a gamble if you even get the stuff you pay for because they have no quality control so people sometimes either dont get anything or get a completely different product 2. It is currently under investigation for having malware 3. It is currently being investigated for slave labor

I almost took an Established Titles sponsor. Did some research and ended up pulling out. This was like half a year ago though. I really do try to choose sponsors that I think are good in some way shape or form for my community. It'll stay that way unless I directly state otherwise.

Jimmy, I love your videos. I am legitimately grateful that I get to see a legit reaction and interact with your community. I understand sponsorship opportunities and I hated seeing Raycon knowing that someone was pushing a bad product. Temu is a legit company that falsifies information, steals ideas, and lacks any quality control. I wish I could say that I work hard like you do, and I'm usually sad most of the time at any given moment. Just please listen when I say that I hate Temu. Legitimately hate. Like I would stop watching any creator if I saw another ad for Temu.
Not just that. A webstore that’s basically temu but under a different name aimed at the chinese market was taken off the appstores for blatantly stealing and selling personal information.
Agreed, I was super disappointed when I saw he pursued a sponsorship with them. I couldn't even finish the video, it just left a sour taste in my mouth. I get it's important to make a living, and sponsors can be a really good thing for that. But I hope that going forward he'll at least do a bit of surface-level research into this sorta stuff.

Alright, for those who will (inevitably) find this video for the first time after the changes were made, allow me to guide you guys in a simple description of the chaos in this comment section:
Jimmy took a sponsor from Temu for this video. Temu, if you've somehow not seen one of their 50 million -power- I mean ads, is notorious for wish quality products with very low prices. In addition, there are rumors of Temu not only stealing credit card and bank account info but also utilizing slave labor (including child slaves).
In a community post, Jimmy has acknowledged his mistake and has had the ad removed from the video, as well as having donated $1000 to a charity known for fighting such atrocious human rights violations.
I am personally proud to see him admit his mistake as for some, a mistake can be forgotten over time, but admitting to it, in the toxic society we live in, requires some real courage as, accoring to people who live in X 24/7, you are either perfect or evil in many people's eyes. Good on you, Jimmy, for being willing to admit your wrongs.

He is taking sponsorships far too lightly for what they are (he has done so for a while, but this is one of the worst results of that attitude so far), which is a TH-camr telling people they approve of a product and using the viewers’ trust in them to get them to use a product/service. It’s a perfectly fine thing if you know the product, have done some research, and actually approve of it to accept a sponsorship, but when you don’t you are scamming and endangering your own viewers and making money out of it.

Jimmy actually isn't wrong about the whisker thing for cats. They use whiskers to feel vibrations in the air cause they can't see very long distances (they have good eyes, don't get me wrong, it just fades quick the further you go). So yeah, whiskers help cats see in a way

well i know i already commented, but after reading through many other comments it seems like pretty much everyone here is in agreement that jimmy has been heading down the wrong path for a while, and this is a very obvious sign of it. I don't think jimmy will lose the numbers of his audience for quite some time, but the ylyl now still feels nothing like it used to. money seems to be taking hold over jimmy actually enjoying what he does now, and it's kinda sad. Either this video will be a wakeup call for him to do better (especially in promoting scams, that's just terrible) or he will ignore all of the comments/advice/criticism. if it's the latter, I'm not really sure there will be any hope it will get better from then on. I doubt you'll read this jimmy but on the off chance you do, please don't go down this path that so many others have.
