Insanity, InsanityFell, and OuterInsanity Hard Mode versions require second floor upgraded walls.

Fell sans have the great DMG for bone and bone zone but small and weak secrets

I got one when I left the insanity sans room and there was a sans and chara faces and when I got the character it gave me bone cage and zone together of determination and it gave me knife and bone slash
