Noel Noa's GENIUS SECRETS (Blue Lock Manga)

  • Noel Noa is rank 1 for good reason - reasons he fortunately shares with us throughout Blue Lock.
The core of Noel Noa's philosophy is "if you had that, could you beat me", a cold yet not unfriendly question he directs towards Isagi.
Of the 5 masters in the NEL, we already knew Noa was the highest ranked - crowned the "Best Striker in the World", he's obviously the strongest player there. However we didn't know too much more about him.
In a conversation with Isagi following the Manshine City vs Bastard Munchen game, he keeps questioning him on his abilities - repeatedly asking him what he needs to succeed, and painting a succesful route backwards from the goal for him to score.
Whilst playing alongside Isagi, he has another very useful piece of advice "What is the one thing you want more than anything?". Isagi's answer turns out to be "Crushing Kaiser", which likely isn't your goal - but you can apply this logic to your own goals.
Overall Noa is a really interesting character, we haven't seen too much of him yet but he's proved to have a very interesting outlook on the world.

Noel Noa really did the smart version of a child saying "Why?" over and over.

ISagi should've done what our parents did and said "FVCKING BECAUSE! THATS WHY!"

    3 things:
    1. Man did you do good on that explanation to Noa asking details and relating it to goals. As well as saying how when you're a beginner, the details aren't important yet. Which is something a lot of beginners in anything forget.
    2. I never even noticed how Isagi shifted the blame towards his physical capabilities over his thought process and actions. It was interesting to realize that even though I've read over the Manshine arc like 4 times.
    3. The effort you put into these videos is crazy. Me personally, I like looking at subtitles while eating and such, because it gives me something to focus on. You're one of a small handful of TH-camrs I watch which actually have their subtitles/closed captions manually put in. It's a small action, but it really shows the effort you go through to make these videos compared to other TH-camrs.

      Haha cheers man!
Although to be honest on that 3rd point it only takes me an extra 30 seconds - because I write the whole script beforehand, I can just copy and paste it in and TH-cam very cleverly automatically does the timings + splits it up.
But yeah, given its so quick I'm surprised every youtuber doesn't do it - I suppose it shows who scripts their videos and who doesn't haha

It's silly how simple things are. Sometimes it does get complex and difficult but usually most of the time it's stupid simple and our weaknesses will make that simplicity out to be complexity so we give up. I for example keep overthinking running because I'm honestly afraid of it, it's so hard and painful, but I want better endurance and to actually like it so I "just" have to run

It’s interesting to see that Rin best fits Noa’s ideology perfectly. Rin does everything in order to beat and destroy Sae and Isagi. Everyday he plans every step to get to where he wants to be, whether he dies once he gets there is something he doesn’t think about because it doesn’t matter as long as his goal is fulfilled.

Wonderful video! I think the questions we ask ourselves daily (subconsciously) are the best indicator of where we'll be in the future.
"Will doing this get me closer to my goals" future vs "Why am I losing" future.

You Improved a lot in your presentation, your explanation is clear and your energy can be felt, the summary in the end is a good touch as it leaves us with concrete ideas.
    Keep improving and growing.

Great explanation man. I am happy that I came across your channel. I read the NEL arc 3-4 times and every time found a new perspective to look at the problems in real life from Noa, Snuffy, or Chris Prince. And also your explanation of their philosophies is great. Thank you and keep making these types of videos.😊👍

Another banger man, this just summed up why I keep procrastinating doing anything that overwhelms me lol. Like sure I've seen countless solutions to it, but somehow it always hits different when it's in an anime. now it's just about applying them... I always feel like I know what to do, but actually doing it is a completely different thing... regardless, your blue lock vids have always been my favs lol, keep it up!.

I be one of the few people who has defend Noel Noa as a master, how people call him a terrible master is something I really don’t agree with. To me Noel Noa has a soldier type philosophy, he gives people the harsh truth, are willing to sacrifice, do train everyday to be a better player. Not to mention he only accepts rational and logical arguments, which I respect because if you are constantly arguing with emotion then you won’t get no where. And I see how people say he doesn’t care about his players when he does, he just not going to let his emotions cloud his judgement on the matter at hand. I think Noel Noa is just really misunderstood.

Important points (for me): Working backwards from a Goal.
When you don’t know how you do a thing you’re most likely end up not doing it. When you start doing this type of planing you don’t need detailed or perfect answers. Just ask yourself (Would knowing this actually get me closer to where I want to be?) On day one you just need an answer not an explanation. As you progress add the details.
    Don’t get distracted.
Focusing on the one thing you want stops you from procrastinating and making excuses. Because whatever you are distracting yourself with or hiding behind, you’ll realize that it isn’t as important as your main desire.

I have a question about the last part of the video.
I have a problem we're I copmare my self and look at other business all the time, what they are doing and what I should copy..
Sometimes it helps a lot but a lot of time I'm just consuming instead of acting ( sadly im a perfectionist)
What advice would you give me? Thanks and keep up the good work ❤
