The number one thing entrepreneurs fail to realize about businesses is... A business is a reflection of a person. Unlike your typical 9-5 jobs, starting ones own business is like an artist painting on blank canvas. The entrepreneur has the power to create their vision/dream business. Great video Harnoor. Loved watching the 1-1 interaction with the founders. I must say I have a good feeling about the company Dukaan and feels like it is in the good hands. The founders are empathetic truly. At one point where you said the lockdown changed lives of many people in a way, the CEO Sumit was empathetic to say that yes, it did mess up many lives and that is the sad part. He did not go on to say, yes we are all good and was ignorant about the fact that Covid did hit hard. Kudos to the founders. These small gestures do make me feel that world is still a better place to be in!
