I was born and still live in Reading Pa. and one day as I was waiting in the car to go to school at 16th and Haak (this was like 4th grade) he passed by my car and my dad recognized him and we were quite surprised to see him.
I remember a few of Lonnie's High School coaches were teachers at the school I went to, he came once or twice to say hello and I think he played a pickup game in the gym with some of us but I don't remember. Reading is a crazy place, I knew a kid who is in prison right now for almost killing someone at that park at 0:26 (Baer Park).
Why would it close down? Everybody goes there before school. That school has about 700 kids so they prob get about 400-500 dollars the end of week. Enough money to keep it running.
