I believe they were saying she was under prepared because she grew the grass in her backyard and she could not mass-produced it right away. I believe that is the reason the video was titled as she was unprepared
@@tokyodoru I work in marketing and I disagree with Steve, his idea of handed pamphlets out door to door is a good supplemental strategy but not what she should focus on. The weekend markets are better bc ppl are out expecting to find new things and spend money. I used this product for 6 months or so. Great product when it arrives on time... Sometimes I’d wait 9-10 days and then the next I’d be waiting 6-7. Not the businesswoman’s fault, it was the postie. But still infuriating... I had my puppy toilet trained in under a week with this.
I would love to try this. I’m a dog sitter and live on the top floor with no elevator so potty times means going downstairs on a leash and walking them back up. I would totally try this out on my balcony to keep from having to walk the stairs
I swear i thought of this exact product years ago but couldn't figure out how replacing the grass would work. If the overall cost could drop for customers it would be a more open market because there aren't many alternative potty pad options for our pets.
Have several tubs and rotate. It's grass. Nature has the whole grass growing thing down pretty well. Use one tub for the dog and leave one on the balcony or near a window. Add water and grass seed and grass will grow. When the one the puppy uses gets too funky switch. Take the funky one, add some lime, and leave on balcony. Grass will recover and will soon be ready to use again. Plants are good like that.
She’s sold 47 of them, less than half signed up for the subscription plan, and she thinks her “business” is worth $700,000? It’s a great idea but I’m shocked Glenn invested as much as he did.
Thanks for the link Morgan I stated it is a great idea and based on the numbers she gave making an investment didn’t make sense. Now maybe they talked about her other product but didn’t show it and that’s why Glenn felt it was a good investment.
Her eyes looks like my eyes when I only had a little bit sleep all red. Probably she had difficulty sleeping the night before. But good job and I wish her good luck.
You can't step onto apartment complex property and solicut without management permission. Also, some of them require gate code , you can't enter without access code if it is gated community. She's doing it the best way she knows how without getting thrown off property or without being arrested for trespassing.
I can’t tell you how tough it’s been to train our dog. Something like this would be fantastic. It takes a dog lover to understand how this product is a game changer. And she’s very classy in her response to rejection.
The most important question that wasn’t asked by Julia is: what Glen is going to bring to the business! People just focus on the equity and negotiating the percentage without asking the sharks what they are going to do to the business! Andrew, at least, we know he has the capabilities to take businesses to the US market
I mean that's research that should be long done well before even applying to be on the show... For the most part, any shark will do, they all have tons of connections which will bolster the business, either one you get will do wonders for the company... Generally, you just go for the best deal since the main exposure will come from just being on television, only certain businesses need to actually go for specific sharks. Like pet companies should be aiming towards glenn or tech companies should try getting steve even if their deal is worse than the other offers but it's rare to get multiple sharks wanting in, gotta have a good company with proven sales to do that...
