Los Evo son raros en Brasil, hay menos de 50 unidades de cada generación (hasta la IX), ya que el Evo X fue importado en "gran escala" a Brasil (incluso tiene una versión especial del Evo X que fue hecho solo para Brasil, el evo X John Easton).
Not really their most popular decision but the way they move now is a Tactical aproach towards their money issues. They also plan on either bringing the lancer back at a later date or make a new sports car in the upcoming years.
Too bad Mitsubishi gave up on rally. Where they LITERALLY made their name. Rally racing is Mitsubishis roots and they abandoned it like an unwanted stepchild to focus on electric. The Lancer is and alway's will be where it's at whenever I hear the name Mitsubishi...there is a reason it remained virtually unchanged within it's entire lifespan, they perfected it right off the bat. Outlanders swarm the road these day's and Mitsubishi know's this so they turned themselves into an "economy" friendly brand. Maybe we will get the Lancer back one day but I doubt that. Although I've seen some pretty cool concept art on a new Evo SUV.

It all started somewhere in 2008, after IX come out few years in car scene for Mitsubishi was terrible with sells... This awesome era for Mitsubishi will never come back so people like me build their evo to remind people how awesome were these cars and to this day's they can be really fast.
