I miss those nice endings even if I understand why. Something about corporations forcing people to stop being kind to each other all in the name of profit is sooooo bad.
For a true old school rare outcome: beating NES's DuckTales with exactly $0. It was so rare that it took almost 2 decades for people to realize that would reveal a different ending.
I got the blessed be the peacemakers speech randomly after returning to camp after the mission, no idea what triggered it, but even though Dutch sounds like he is sorry I was already done with his crap and it felt like he was just trying to placate Arthur rather than truly apologize. He is sorry that his plan went wrong, not that Arthur was caught.
Detroit actually has an even more rare outcome as it's not listed in the story map-the bad ending where all three protagonists die, easy enough to do with Kara and Alice early on but for Marcus it takes quite a while before you get the opportunity for him to die and for Connor you have to let him get killed at every opportunity he can be which takes some doing, then and only then will you get the secret ending.
I'm playing through Disco Elysium Final Cut again and the amount of options in terms of dialogue is staggering, like from what I can gather from looking through the Steam Achievements not a lot of people have gotten the ending with Cuno let alone most of the Achievements themselves.
I got the last one about Skyrim on my last play through. Didn’t know it was rare. But I’ve also never finished the game. I’ve started over many many times 😂
It's not an ending, but in Heavy Rain you can avoid the fight with Mad Jack entirely. It is a very complex set up inputs which is much harder to overcome than the muscle bound boss.
i skimmed ahead to see 1, lol, i was going to say killing paarthurnax. now, hear me out, without exploiting the blades to be able to forego his deah anyway. doing missions, and hunting dragons, pretty much makes for an endless game.
Includes the Ultimatum Ending from the Dark Pictures Anthology The Devil In Me. Did you forget it’s one of the game’s many endings? And there are some endings you will never see depending on how you play. Like you might not see the best ending on your first playthrough if you chose poorly.
Detroit is one of the best games i've ever played. But killing all characters for platinum was painful :/. (All beacuse there is trophy that requires Connor to die certain number of times so killing others makes the game shorter and it's faster to get that trophy). On the other hand the best endings were like candies flowing out of your TV lol. Maybe even to sweet e-e.
ME1: Paragon Wrex and Renegade Kaiden. First make Kaiden survive Virmire and harden him by picking the space racist options in his conversations. Second take Wrex and Kaiden to the final mission. When it's time to decide to save the council or not Kaiden will argue against it while Wrex will vote for saving them. Also the trick with Witcher 3 is to play the story arcs until the last mission or but not finish them so you can get the exp but dialogues play out as if you haven't been there.
In HALO MCC I won a swat game 52/50 became we tied it up trading a shot at the exact time while two separate kills happened at the same time as enemy jumped off the map thinks the game was over.
Are you sure? It's been awhile since it came out, but I'm pretty sure when I watched SHN play through it, he ended up saving everyone and getting the best ending (where they escape by boat and they fight the bad guy in the boat).
About as rare, apparently, is escaping the camp with Alice and Luther and not Kara (because you did everything right except getting randomly shot by a sentry bot earlier).
I'd still like a video about Great RPGs for Working Adults. Maybe with such quality of life features as Sleep Mode, being very easy to pick back up after having to put in extra shifts for several weeks, some way you can quickly reacquaint yourself with the plot, being able to save anywhere, bite-sized sidequests, and other features which tell you the the developers actually respect the finiteness of your free time. How about it, Jules? Do you and your neck vein, Jeremy, think it's worth a go?
What happened to your lovely endings about loving yourself and being kind to yourself? That was really nice, I miss those...
yes! this! please dont ever stop doing that jules. They helped me and i know im not alone in that sentiment.
Most people click off during outros, so it negatively impacts retention (thus profit).
I miss those nice endings even if I understand why. Something about corporations forcing people to stop being kind to each other all in the name of profit is sooooo bad.
@@ProdCriticahh yeah I forgot about that. I suppose us little demons still get to see that side of him 😊
@@ProdCritic good point. Probably didn't edit this video himself, either. 😕
10 games with great storytelling and terrible gameplay and or vice versa

Not rare at all
@@Notconceitedjustbetterthanyou prove it.
This game was so revolutionary that it deserved to be binned the moment it was introduced
@@zambekiller no ignorant troll.
You can get Marcus kicked out of the group by failing every single thing you’re supposed to do
Did not know that about red dead. I got it to trigger my first playthrough. Didnt realize it was rare like that
I'm playing through Disco Elysium Final Cut again and the amount of options in terms of dialogue is staggering, like from what I can gather from looking through the Steam Achievements not a lot of people have gotten the ending with Cuno let alone most of the Achievements themselves.

Many gamers may have missed raiden giving snake the shaver in MGS2, if they didn't finish it on hard difficulty
It pissed me off that the leaders of the camps in Skyrim are all essential, and they're permanently hostile to you if you joined the opposite side
Uh, I've gotten that Detroit ending, I've 100%ed that game.
It's not an ending, but in Heavy Rain you can avoid the fight with Mad Jack entirely. It is a very complex set up inputs which is much harder to overcome than the muscle bound boss.
1:35 the devil in me is the last game in the first season of the series.
How has Nintendo not clapped that developer?
i skimmed ahead to see 1, lol, i was going to say killing paarthurnax. now, hear me out, without exploiting the blades to be able to forego his deah anyway. doing missions, and hunting dragons, pretty much makes for an endless game.
S/N must be an imperial questline, i always thought under ulfric, the point was to take all of the cities before the war.
Niko going bowling FOR THE 100 TIME 😂

10 Worst Ethnicity Stereotypes In Fighting Games
Half the list bout to be SF characters lol
Yes
What about the ending of Resident Evil 3 Nemesis in which Barry Burton rescues Jill Valentine in the helicopter at the end of the game?
Javik romance in ME3. As FemShep you can't romance anyone during 3 games and then you have to get shitfaced during the party to sleep with him
The Devil in Me is the last game in the first season. The second season hasn't started yet

On my skyrim playthrough I decided not to join either side and became a neutral party in the peace negotiations
I swear I heard the Dutch dialogue many a playthroughs
From what I recall you can get Kate killed and still help the killer w Mark and Jamie

The devil in me is actually the last game in the FIRST season.
Pretty sure the flappy bird is a user made game or mod and not a legit final boss
I got Dutch apologizing on my first playthrough!
In HALO MCC I won a swat game 52/50 became we tied it up trading a shot at the exact time while two separate kills happened at the same time as enemy jumped off the map thinks the game was over.
The reason you never meet Nere again if you side with him is because he manages to piss off Balthazar in Act 2 (IYKYK).
My woife and I played The Devil in Me so badly, we got that ending. It was fucking hilarious.
Huh. I got the Skyrim oney very first playthrough. Didn't realize that was so rare
That’s the only Skyrim ending I’ve ever seen, after multiple play throughs.
5:30 Jules, you said #3 and it says #5
Ive played the nere fight a dozen times jever figured out which diologue worked to convert him lol
Never did finish Spy hunter🤔
It’s been awhile since I’ve heard you Jules. Hope you’re doing well
I always thought the flappy bird thing was fake...
Suggestion: Best animal/non human companions in videogames!
Pretty sure i got that Dutch dialogue in my only playthrough
May not be Tues your own adventure but we got that Jules vid 😌
Mind you, Devil in Me ultimatum ending is actually the best ending and better written than the good ending where everyone survives.
Are you sure? It's been awhile since it came out, but I'm pretty sure when I watched SHN play through it, he ended up saving everyone and getting the best ending (where they escape by boat and they fight the bad guy in the boat).
Last and final?
Well... Time to replay GTA IV again...
No metal gear nuclear disarmament?
And the hidden birthday cutscene
Who the eff leaves alice!? Really! Lol such evil in the world..

But you need to play on hard difficulty.

Skyrim has an ending? I got bored before the halfway mark, so never knew.

Ain’t nobody playing that stupid baby game in Stanley Parable for 4 hours.
