I like over easy eggs, but my problem is I do not like the whites runny - only the yolks. Over the years, I've perfected this without using the rings, but now I have an easier way of doing it. Thank you so much! I love your channel!!

You've made sunny side up eggs here. Over easy eggs means you flip them to cook the other side very briefly to make sure the white is fully cooked while leaving the inside of the yolk runny.
