Omg... I want some of those guppies... all the ones at my lfs are descendents of my yellow snake pattern... or I can go to my nearest petco and argue with the workers about what is and isn't a male or female... or a guppy... because that is a conversation I have had to have before..... (wasn't even like it was mislabeled as an endler or something close like a molly.... nope. ... the case said tetra so that's what the guy was trying to tell me it was.... and on top of that every fish that this particular petco sells WILL need medicated for worms 🪱.... thank God I have a quarantine tank... 100% of the fish I have gotten from them has had them in the last 3 years. So I don't even think it is petco as a corporation but rather this store.

I always separate out the weird mutants from my line that throw another color to try to breed them because that is half the fun of guppies and I got mutts to begin with... but my biggest regret is not buying the white and turquoise guppies from my LFS when I first set up my tank
