Coming to dams, is it a good idea to build dams at the end the place where the river falls in the ocean? Fir to fresh water ki problem khatam? River water waste hi to ho rha hai ocean mein gir ke. And natural fertilizer bhi extract kar sakte hain becoz river ne jitna maal-masala collect kiya hoga wo sab end mein jama hojayega.

Got it, it can provide all levels of voltage under the top specified voltage and amps rating.
But can it be used for a similar sized laptop which support USB PD and asks for same wattage?
I think that would be the best case scenario
And I really admire your capability of speaking continuously before camera without any CUTs
or did I miss those?

PD should allow even a low power adapater to slow charge big laptops cant run them at full load but charge in the back ground should be possible . Every thing I do is ONE TAKE
