Contacting Playstation support on their web chat is a simple method to recover your account. Before contacting, make sure that you have information available: for example, your playstation network name, previous phone numbers, addresses, name, DOB, security questions, approximately when you made your account, credit card info used on the account, etc. to help with the recovery process.
