My rankings: Ford RS200 - most consistent and easiest to control (Lancia has a very light rear end that often steps out dangerously) Peugeot T16 - Outright fastest but guaranteed to kill you (goes from no power-no power-a little power-tree) Best all round - Lancia Delta (not easiest to control but keeps you competitive if you're careful)
do you think that giving more than 50% of torque to front wheels on Lancia may help? driving this car in spain is a nightmare if you dont manage to keep the grip on the rear wheels
dude bless this video SkyRex. not just an opinionated video but a well thought out and statistically back up piece. I hope PJ shares this video. soo well put together.
Hearing that Scotland might be harder than Argentina reminded me of a quote from the movie Jurassic Park: "You were so busy asking if you could, that you never asked if you *should* ." I'm scared, guys...
To me Scotland is harder than Argentina. At least in Argentina you're going slow enough to avoid walls, but in Scotland you're doing 4th, 5th, 6th gear in between logs right next to the road
@@Bobobo-bo-bo-bobobo Yes, and if you don't know the stages (I just got into the game recently and did my first rally there, just ran the stages once before to know what to expect), the pacenotes are really tough. I did it with the Fulvia (really freaked to start the next season there in a faster car), and there's corners that Phil calls as 3, which I can do almost flat in the 4th gear, while there are other corners that he calls as 3, where I have to brake heavily and drop down into the 3rd or even the 2nd gear to keep the car on the road and get enough power for the exit. I did it on the Pro level and the AI seems to have a suicidal pace. It's gonna be so tough on a higher level and with a faster car.
Would love to see exactly this for the H3 RWD Cars. You say that you will train this cars and perhaps you will do a vid for them. Also I would like to see it for the Group B RWD cars. Great vid , thanks for this!! All your vids to DR 2.0 are really great!! For me the best on YT!! Hope for more content!! For this an Abo for you!! I come very late to Dirt Rally 2.0, play it since a week now and loved it more than any other racing title!! (Kommst du aus Deutschland, hast ja deutsche Ansagen im Game?)
I'm normally pretty clinical choosing cars but choosing a car for a championship i test drove the Lancia and bought it on the spot, love the way it feels, so natural
Hey mate, I beat your time on some greece stages after following your vids for a few weeks haha. Pretty funny, obviously it's only 2 stages, but feels pretty good tbh. Any way I can match with you or join your club or something?
I just hate audi... It's even worse than t16 or lancia 037. It just point in one spot and drives there. If it's pointed in tree than bad luck. It's like school but but crazy rally speed. Lancia 037 is at least much faster and it turns when you turn wheel. MG metro is slowest one but it's natural aspiration therefore power available all the time in instant and it's not punishing for low rpm. All in all for beginners MG metro, Ford RS200 and Lancia delta S4

I find that once you understand each car, they all handle pretty good.
I installed a mod that lets you use rallycross cars in rally stages. 600hp lancia on finland, its pretty mental
Awesome - appreciate these class comparison videos as a new player.

don't take the metro to win, take it for it's naturally aspirated sound
for me, lancia is the fastest, because it has power on all rpm range, and mg metro is the most stable in my opinion
The fwd:)
I'm giving a dislike for all the trees the group B cars smashed. Rip trees and radiators

you just have to throw it and force it to point the direction you want to go, then it goes there like a monster it is
