Palm jaggery is my favourite from Childhood days. Its famous in Bengal and Assam. When I was in Chennai, I could never see it. Now, in Bangalore, I can get in Kerala shops. I love the bitter sweet taste.

Thanks for this informative video. Palm jaggery is ideal replacement for white sugar. It is even safe for diabetics as it is tree based and fructose. Needs no water unlike water guzzling sugar cane. It will be best if humanity embraces palm jaggery instead of white sugar. It’s tasty too and nutritious also.
