How to remove or replace the fender on Mercedes W163 ML230 ML320 ML430 ML270 ML500 ML400.

In this video we are showing you how to remove or replace the Front Left Fender or Front Right Fender on Mercedes W163 which is the ML Class from 1998 to 2005.
It will be exactly the same procedure for the left and the right fender. We demonstrated on the right fender on 2003 Mercedes ML320. This will be exactly the same procedure for 2003 2004 2005.
The 1998 1999 2000 2001 2002 will still be the same with only 2 differences. You will not have the bolt the attaches on the bottom of the bumper towards the fender and you will need to remove the wire for the turn signal that mounts on the Fender.
This procedure should cover:

While the fender is off on the ML good to check the sunroof rubber drain tube so that it is in the proper location and didn't slip into the body. If it is in the body water will soak the floor on the passenger side. I see its in the correct location on this ML.

That's one of the easiest fenders to remove, no headlight removal, no bumper removal! Just removed passenger fender yesterday on my ml55 to replace sunroof drain tubing.
