Thx for the video. I have to mount a TV ona quartz walled fireplace. I’m only going to drill 5/16” hole but your Video was very helpful. All I need is an 18 volt drill. Thx
Hi there, I have existing hole for faucet, but my new faucet are bigger in size 30mm...how shall I enlarge the existing hole? Shall I use 35mm diamond bit or I use 25mm can using circular motion to enlarge?
Everyone watching this video be calling stone professionals when their countertop scratched from the bit skipping or their sink stretch cracking. Call a professional - it’s 100 bucks.
What type of hose saw blade were you using. I hear where your saying the pilot bit is a diamond coated bit but what about the hose saw blade. Also that follow up bit. Was that just a wood bit for are beneath the quartz?
@@prawnk1ng They paint over the diamonds So it's a little hard to see but they are there... If it was a wood hole saw bit the teeth would be curved Differently... When you see them square like that it usually means it's a diamond bit Made for Concrete masonry and natural stone
Anyone that installs quartz or granite countertops should know how to do this and you should be able to find a contact maybe at your local cabinet shop or something
What happened to verbal guidance??? Did you switch drill bits to get through the stainless sink, plywood or both??? 5 minutes and 29 seconds of wasted time :(
You definitely cheated this video. There’s either a predrilled pilot or something. That whole saw definitely would have spun around on the counter and you can also tell before you start, when setting the saw in place it dips down before you began.
No sir that hole saw bit has a drill bit also that goes down the middle of it if you look closely on the cover picture you can see it... that's what keeps it going straight On Target
I thought it was more involved. Thanks for your help!

Great job, I’m going to be doing this next week, so it’s nice to get some idea of how it’ll go
Watch some videos about how bad it can go to lol
this is genies, no dust.
I drilled a 1/2 inch hole… RO systems do not come with standard faucets. They are quite small.
Amazing. Thanks for sharing.
Hey there, are you running your drill motor fast or slow?

Yes first I used a diamond bit... And then I switched to a wood bit to go through the plywood
@@MrFIXIT101 I didn't see any diamond, it looked like a normal hole saw to me.
