I used thr 6 star Roulette Ticket and I got 5 or 10k out of it while the other nice stuff in thr Roulette were a ton of gold bars, invitations and amazing tuning parts and cars. This roulette thing really is rigged.
you know if you close the game while opening a roulette ticket, you can come back and open it again. the prizes may differ but no matter whats there, the original prize you got will always reign true. i found it to be some bs

You should be able to clear the games progress data in settings, that was possible for ps4's
