Any power of judiciary specially CAPITAL PUNISHMENT? Sorry. Again there are specific laws for protection of SC , ST . No one even defence cornel is bound to obey the constitution . Do you want to show ARMY IS A BUNCH OF HEARTLESS CREATURE?
