My personal opinions: 1. Provides a great connection between Golders Green and Stamford Hill via Archway, Highgate Village, Hampstead Heath, Manor House 2. Good alternative to routes 210, 253 and 254 3. I think it should serve Finsbury Park station and this could be easily done by adding bus stops under the low bridge or simply loop the bus via Lennox Road and Clifton Terrace. 4. The route would have been better Starting at Stoke Newington as it would give people another alternative instead of the 106 as the service is pretty poor to rely on 5. I think the route should have gone to Brent Cross via Finchley Road and North Circular Road.. would have much more use and connections instead of relying on the 232 and 67. 6. It would also be much better if this route started much earlier from like 0545 or something to about midnight instead of starting later at 7am and finishing earlier at 7pm it’s very inconvenient for people that commute for work in the morning and late at night !! Overall, it’s a good route.. Again these are my opinions and I feel so much could have been done for my benefit as a local😭😂 but please let me know your opinions of course.
@@londonbuses4763 I definitely agree with the poor service on 106. The route definitely needs more variety in places to go instead of following one route most of the time, I certainly agree.
@@deleteduser1837exactly! I used to take it to school and I would always just make it because of the poor service.. even when I was going to college the 393 would help me out more
@@mohibj it’s because of the low bridge at Finsbury Park, double deckers can’t make it through there so they didn’t bother although Tfl could have thought of an alternative routing
I was thinking this too tbh as there’s already a bus stop there for when Wells Terrace has road works but because these buses are 10.8m idk if they could make the turns
nice journey, also the ibus needs to change bc 3-1-0 doesnt sound right, 3-10 woukd make more sense its kinda a bit like the 220 situation it used to be 2-2-0 now its 2-20

@@ahuman9143 i thought the same but to turn left coming out of Station Place onto Stroud Green Road is very tight! The turn onto Stroud Green Road off the A503 is also quite tight too
@@londonbuses4763 The turn isn't as bad as the one on the 365, from Stanley Road South to Philip Road, with double parked cars on narrow streets, or on the 165 around Abbey Wood Lane, where some of the vehicles for the 310 have come from.
@@LB141toPalmersGreen There's plenty of space to use the full lane when leaving stop H... These buses used to operate on the 165 around Abbey Wood Lane and 499 in Harold Hill with equally tight turns, and managed to do so fine :)
I won’t lie idk about it following the 210 all the way to Golders Green. It just makes the 210 lose some purpose for no reason imo. And you’re right about a new bus stop at Finsbury Park Station.
@@londonbuses1844 I hear it but it is only following it to Golders Green and it’s less frequent at the moment plus it’s a decent alternative but yes they need to sort that out asap
