Thanks for the question. Yes, the model shown in the video has a vibrating platform. The vibration helps to prepare the powder to be transported to the powder gun. A fluidizing membrane is also included at the bottom of the pickup tube to improve powder conditioning.

Maybe u can answer this. I was told to get one of your machines because of the Kv and uA adjustments. But no one can tell me the difference between what the Kv is for compared to what the uA is for? Also if there is faraday Cage what one do I turn up or turn down and why? And when I lay powder and see fish eyes in the powder what do I adjust the Kv or uA and why? Before I pay this kind of money I need to understand this process.

Thanks for the questions. The short answer is; Voltage does the work and UA/micro amps is used to determine how quickly the fold back of KV/Voltage happens. The lower the UA the better penetration into faraday areas. Fish eye is caused by contaminates on the surface. However, if the gun tip is too close to the part the finish can mimic fish eye problems. You may be experiencing back ionization which occurs when the powder film build it too thick or when the gun tip is too close to the part causing the powder particles to become super excited and eventually repel (actually being expelled from the surface). The repelling of the powder particles will look much like fish eye. Hope this helps you. Call our 800 number and ask for a rep to come out and meet your powder supplier to discuss in more detail.

Why does the Kv, uA zero out after 2 seconds? It would be more helpful if all numbers remained on the screen. Thanks for the tutorial👍
