✅ Armor: Khilbron's Gear Set ( Rabid ). Example : Khilbron's Coat, Khilbron's Mantle, etc.
✅ Runes: Superior Rune of Balthazar
✅ Relic: Relic of the Aristocracy
✅ Pistol: Dragonshot ( Rabid )

Glad you liked it! It really depends on your zerg's / commander's playstyle, but most likely you will need at least few adjustments to make it work.
I plan on doing builds just for WvW in the near future

How can i equip a pistol? Sure, i can use a torch after selecting the elite specializations but a pistol is still not available for me.

A good tank build. Thanks Johny. I did a test replacing soul reaping with blood magic 3-3-1. I feel immortal as well, while probably doing less damage (not tried on golem for measurement). - I do a lot of WvW where I want my scourge to be tanky and a good healer. What would you suggest tweaking for such result?
You will indeed do less damage but gain more sustain if you used Blood Magic instead of Soul Reaping.

I havent unlocked soto so I dont have pistol. How different this build is with scepter?
The build will be ok with Scepter instead of Pistol, but you'll do less damage overall

Or is power build the way to go with double sword.

I have a question for scourge, if i don't have SOTO meaning i can't use a pistol? Is there other way or do i really need to buy SOTO for this?
Correct. You must own SOTO to use Pistol on Scourge. You also must own SOTO for the new weapons for all classes, like double Swords for Necro for example

How does this compare with celestial gear?
If you will use full Celestial, you will do less damage than what you will get with this build, while your sustain will increase a little bit
Akeem relic better than fractal?
For open world, yes. For group content, Fractal is better. I did mention both in the guide in case you missed it
I am so confused, Scourge can use pistols? I have been away from the game for a long time though
If you have the new expansion "Secrets of the Obscure" you can equip any weapon from all elite specs of the class by default.
