if anyone cares, I just hit the purge button on the second mag in the video just now. (4 days after filming the video) and it let out a good solid burst, so the seals are doing good.
I got one of these literally 10 or 12 years ago or more and yeah i was pissed about the leakage after maaayne 3-4 uses, and there was NO HELP online at the time, glad it onpy took 10 years lmfao
I don't mean to pry, but what country do you live in? I have never heard airsoft be called gel blasting before and it feels really weird and I have to know where that name came from

Everything is illegal in Aust. and that includes air soft. Dystopian society. To extrapolate Gel Blasters remain barely legal in two states -- one state regards them as toys (QLD) the other state (SA) regards them as firearms. Gel blasters would be totally banned if it were not for the ruling made in a court case some years back that the polyacrylamide gel balls can not be regarded as "ammunition". This isn't helped by the occasional idiot who uses one for armed-robs thus ruining it for everybody else.....
Hey Low, has shortening a msg and using the bottom half as an extension on another ever crossed your mind for that little extra stack and different look?
Knowing I was one of the first people to buy one of the mp5k when they came out, yet to this day it's still got the same issues. Pretty much just explains to me it's the absolute worst piece of shit in gelball.

I've been replacing the original plastic gaskets with thin Orings. It's been working really well..
Same, o-rings work great. I recommend filling your mags with Predator Maintenance Gas 144a for any green gas mags when not in use -- it's magic stuff.

I'm in Australia. And airsoft is illegal here. We have "gel blasters" that are basically the same thing as airsoft but they fire a gel ball or "orbee"

How hard is it to change the valve in the bottom of those mags? I've one that is dumping gas out there, not at one of the seals.
Buy a valve wrench/tool and unscrew the valve. Screw new one in being careful not to over tighten it.
