The crowd management, tiered seating and acoustics at Co-op live were dreadful, and as this track, and the sit-down acoustic numbers that followed were dreary and downbeat. Clapton doesn’t engage with the crowd, and apart from the almost obligatory Gaza reference to match his Palestine flag coded guitar, the event was one to forget.
Eric never engages with the crowd. If that bothers you, why go? Eric was on top form as were the band. And if the guitar colours bother you well that says more about you than Eric.
