The law clearly states Florida is a two party state meaning BOTH parties have to consent to recording. 😉 Two sides to every story. 😊 So weird....my comments keep getting deleted😂Oh please....💁🏼♀️
You can record anything you want, both parties have to agree in order to use the recording in a court for purposes of a lawsuit of some sort

I'm so glad you reported her, she has no business being in the medical profession if she can't conduct herself with professionalism, kindness, courtesy and have at least some compassion. Nobody should ever have to go through that and it was a form of mental and emotional abuse on her part, I mean that was traumatizing to and it has happened to me to, but I just kind of froze and sat there and I took it....I wish I had known then what I know now, we should never be afraid as patients to advocate for ourselves when it comes to medical neglect, and your doing the right thing by reporting her my friend! We support you guy's and thank you for showing us that it's okay to not accept the unacceptable behavior of doctor's and their medical staff. You guy's are paving the way for chronic illness patients everywhere, thank you so much! All our love to you guy's and keep fighting and keep moving forward.🙏💪👍🙋♀️
I wish I had a "Paul" in my life to fight for me when i am treated with disrespect. It is such a painful thing to go through those situations.

I have actually walked out of doctors' appointments. I have also filed complaints (though I think they went nowhere). I understand what a horrible experience that must have been. The best thing for you to do now is probably to try to put it behind you and move on to a more compassionate doctor. It's sad that so many doctors don't care at all about their patients. When you find a doctor who appreciates your organization and impeccable documentation of your history and conditions, and really listens to you, then you will know you have found the right doctor. I wish you the best of luck.

Thank you for watching, that's why we do what we do....we know some people just can't advocate, and that's fine. We just want to ensure what happened to us doesnt happen to anyone else!
Our clinic changed their rules too. We used to be able to bring a support person but now because in our state the rate of covid has increased they are buckling down. (WI)
But at least they aren't rude! You are doing the right thing.

Hey, here this one too..I’ve had 12/13 surgeries since 2017, ok...So I have my last surgery, I go to my follow up, my surgeon tell me he’s not ever doing surgery on me again! Like are you kidding me!!! So if I have another issue what do I do?? You so right, not all Drs are the same!

That is discrimination for starters. It just shows how much we have to be our own advocates, which is not easy with our chronic illnesses.

I mean this is weird, this sounds like an old man doctor claiming that women have the "vapors" as opposed to a female OBGYN from the 21st century

What en evil doctor.i had similar situation when i was in the er.I was under strong pain meds,but i was not aslleep,i heard the nurce being not polite to my mom.i heard that and i sat up on the bed and told the nurce,please be polite to my mom.i understand you are under a lot of preasure but that does not give you the right to treat her that way.then after i said that the nurce said sorry.
How frustrating to have to deal with this! Well said talking about dealing with this doctor in disbelief about chronic illnesses. Seems the Younger You Are the more they single you out is being crazy or faking illness. Have had to deal with this teen many times myself, so sorry you are having to deal with this too! Hurt when you are forced into psychiatry for all the wrong reasons! I ended up going to see one just to check the box and get them off my back but it just made things worse...

This doctor seriously crossed major lines. She should be reported to the AMA. Even if she can’t take you as a patient, she should not default to psychological issues on your part. That’s gaslighting-and traumatizing.

I really struggle with specialists who are patrionizing
He is your husband and caretaker so him being on the phone with you during appointments should not be questioned imo. I usually always have my mom there with me or own the phone so she can stay up to date on my health since she is my caretaker.
I am so sorry Janiece. I had something similar to this happen to me recently and it affected me so much.
Don’t go to that Doctor no more. They too ignorant. Just find a new Doctor somewhere.

I bet the girl that yelled at you for bringing your husband in probably went back to the doctor and told her something. I also think she might be book smart but not streetsmart that's what we always say in our family. I thought you weren't able to record? Did you record in secret? Don't understand why he couldn't be on the phone and less she was already planning to let you have it. I reported to the medical board and I would also go to disability rights if you have that organization or Americans With Disabilities Act if you have that I don't know but I would also call the COVID line and tell them that they're not keeping our restrooms clean we have a covid line here locally that you can call if you notice problems anywhere with cleanliness and other things.

We have been trying to get in contact with the officer higher ups, so far nothing. Monday we start back up!

You have to call the licensing dept of profalism and leave a bad review about the Dr on Google. And call ur insurance company and tell them not to pay them. Call the American Disabilities Act. U can get the drs license revoked.

Good job on reporting her. I have had several doctors tell me my heart arrhythmia was due to stress. And an ER doctor make fun of me for tracking me symptoms daily.

That is crazy for her to say people with disabilities shouldn’t have kids. 1in4 Americans have a pre existing condition.
It is crazy, and that is why we aren't letting this go. We are fighting to make sure that the officer manager and owner knows exactly what happened

I know this vlogs is older, but I'd definitely get rid of that unprofessional narcissistic quack. She's not a help whatsoever. That's all I have to say. Good Lord.
