In a deleted scene Bill in Dipper's body threatened Mabel to himself of the watertower
No it wasn’t a deleted scene, it’s a Page/Note in the official Journal 3 book

theres a note that bill left while in dippers body that says he planned to throw his body off the water tower in front of everyone like a suicide
After burning the journals bill plan was to go up the water tower and jump with dipper jumping and then ending his body and making it look as suicide.

I loved this episode! It was so creepy.
"Sock Opera": A laptop password and a handsome hand puppet artist drive the twins apart. Dipper makes a fateful deal with Bill Cipher and has to use a sock puppet to "stay in the world." Mabel's puppet show runs into Bill-as-Dipper and a choice.
The episode where bill cipher became a main villain
Bill is right, Mabel is a very selfish person, to the point where the creator had to address it in the canon comics that take place shortly after the last episode, where she recognizes and comes to terms with how selfish she was all summer.
I didn’t know that! I’m happy she did was she was very rude and all she cared about was herself during the series.
@@Andreag12984 she gets sucked into another dimension and meets alternates of herself, she tries to get them to work together so they can all get home, but they are all doing their own thing or too caught up in their own problems and desires to care, and she realizes that she had been just like them for the entire summer.

Mess with Wendy's personal relationship to then right after ask her if she wants to go bowling?
Point is both are selfish the story just hammers it in more on one side added to Mabel's very volatile attitude

@@sanji_joestar Blendin interfered with them in the first place. No one knows what would've happened if Dipper made it back with ice and Blendin hadn't held him up. If you wanna start digging deep for blame, that would be the core of that scenario.
Dipper didn't know anything about Mermando at first. He wasn't choosing the job over him. As far as Dipper knew, he was choosing the job over Mable breaking in in the middle of the night and stealing a cart and a bunch of equipment. It wasn't until they were at the river that he found out about Mermando. And then he didn't hesitate to help until he was forced to arbitrarily give up the megaphone that would've shorted out in the water anyway.
Mable had nothing to do with the situation with Wendy and Robbie so I don't know why you're even bringing that up right now. But she did show her selfishness by keeping the boy band and kicking her friends out until she was guilt tripped into letting them go.

I'm the biggest Mabel defeder. Just because she's obsessed over girly stuff doesn't mean what she wants to do with her time is less valid. If uncovering the mysteries of the town isn't her top priority that's fine, she's literally just a kid. Anddd in the scenes that Bill shows
1- Dipper saved her from the gnomes, which was very nice of him, but he didn't have to sacrifice anything so I don't get the point of showing that memory
2- In the time travel episode Maybel was absolutely right. She won Waddles fair and square and deserved to keep him. Dipper made a mistake and then expected Mabel to give Waddles up so he could fix it, I don't understand how people don't see Dipper is the one being selfish here. Interesting how no one cares when he is the one obsessing over a girl (that let's be honest he had no chance with anyway)
3. Even if Maybel wasn't in love with Mermando, I would hope anyone's priority would be to save the living creature over keeping a job just to spend time with your crush.
It's one thing that she refuses to help him with uncovering the mysteries, even though it would absolutely be the right thing to do since they don't know what the possible repercussions are for not doing so, and a whole other that she convinces him to put his interests aside to help her with impressing a creepy puppet dude by lying to him about her own interest in puppets. Also, future episodes will show her doing even more exceptionally selfish stuff. But even just with episodes that have already happened, you're forgetting about "Boyz Crazy" where she was being dangerously possessive, and "Into the Bunker" where she forced Dipper to admit his feelings towards Wendy. Though I do agree with you on point 2 and 3, the 1st one is an example of the fact that Dipper always is willing to make sacrifices for Mabel, but she's rarely willing to do the same. Independently of who's in the right, Dipper is (almost) always the one who ends up making a sacrifice in the end. Alex has even admitted that when writing the show, he was harsher on Dipper.
@@RasmusVJSYou could also argue that there are possible repercussions for chasing after the mysteries as well. I mean how many dangerous creatures did Mabel and Dipper encounter because with Dippers obsession with the journals. They could have easily been killed with a single mistake. I won’t deny the Mabel part about putting her own interests above Mabel’s, but we’ve seen the exact same thing with Dipper in multiple episodes so I don’t understand why she gets criticised for it more.

Bill is actually right. Mabel always was so selfish and silly. Don't understand why you guys say "she's my favourite" all the time. She almost gave the journal to Bill. If Bill hadn't said the provocative stuff, she would've done it.
