Matt the singer and Corey the other guitarist both do the scream parts live.
They're amazing live btw. They distribute vocal parts between the 3 and they do it very well.
One of my favourite "new" metal bands from the last 20 years. Second guitarist does great harsh vocals live when needed.
The title song off the album Shogun is their best song I'm sure most would agree it is 12 minutes long but its a masterpiece, also The Shadow of the Abattoir off their new album is incredible

I highly recommend you a reaction on their song "Caustic Are The Ties That Bind" (the studio album version, not live). My absolute favorite song by them and also one of their most underrated ones, imo. I think both of you could like that one a lot.
There’s an Alex Bent drummer cam video on his page it’s ridiculous how this man plays the drums so tight and so fast

Shogun is definitely an epic album. The song Shogun is the last track on that album and it is a masterpiece. I also recommend checking out the song Throes of Perdition from the Shogun album.

Shogun is more of a mix of Thrash ideas with some of that metalcore sound in my opinion, I'd probably refer to it as simply "metal" or "modern metal", but yes it is fantastic & a very unique sounding record....even to this day. 👍🤘
thank you ryan there old stuff is really good. but i think they got better as the older and they sound better since alex came to the band in my opinion. but of course i can listen to them all day long and never get tired of them..

If you guys only knew what a return to form this record was. They've been on fire ever since. I think a big part of it is their new drummer. Dude is a machine.

Guys you need to check out the band called W.A.S.P. they got the best riffs beside skid row from the 80s. Start with Sleeping In The Fire, L.O.V.E. Machine and Wild Child. ITS A MUST

I'm tired of everyone calling them a Metalcore band when they are not. They start it off as a thrash metal band mimicking Pantera and Metallica, then evolved into just a metal band using different styles of metal in each of their albums and songs.

Yeah, that was okay.. But..can they pull it off live?? "DISCIPLE" BY "THE WARNING" IS TOTALLY BAD A&$... "LIVE"---AT TEATRO METROPOLITAN CDMX. Sorry can't help myself. The Warning, it's just so different, it's crazy.. Disciple is straight up power from the first note... TWA 🤟🎶☮️
Yes they can pull it off, very much so & for many years now. This is leagues above The Warning in terms of musicality/instrumentation I'm sorry to tell you. They're a solid rock/hard-rock band, but they ain't got nothing on the technicality & intensity of Trivium. (or most metal bands for that matter)
Disagree. Personally, I think Trivium is better than The Warning.
Check out Trivium's Ascendancy album, or even Shogun, if you want to see some amazing work. And, fuck yeah, they're amazing live. One of my favorites to see live.
Try Trivium - Catastrophist, for me it's one of their best, better than this one ^^
Nah if duel guitars is your thing, then there latest album In The Court Of The Dragon is where you need to be. 'Fall Into Your Hands' would blow y'all away
