I think the artwork for the video is taken from the comic that Bad Omens have released called Concrete Jungle and the song is from the soundtrack that they have written for it which is being released in May as part of an extended version of DOPOM with new songs, remixes and live tracks. Another band who you should consider checking out is Holding Absence and maybe start with Gravity, Wilt or A Crooked Melody.

Been following SWARM in particular since he had like 200 subscribers on TH-cam, glad to see him finally getting the recognition he deserves. You can definitely hear a lot of his very intense, very dark style in this song -- especially the "low, dirty" tones as Kyle put it around 6:45 -- but it meshes wonderfully with Bad Omens and Health's touches. Definitely one of my favourite songs to release so far in 2024.
I freaking love this song and have heard it about 50 times in the first week of it's release 😁 It's kinda haunting the way Noah sings the chorus and the guy from Health is great in the verses. "Old friends are just a memory that I didn't need" is for sure about friends that died of drinking, drugs or illness. i know im super late to this. half a year later LOL but on the subject of SWARM, i strongly suggest you look into his work. His vocals are out of this world and his instrumentals are utterly insane with that electronic/industrial sounds. Been a fan of SWARM for some time now. His youtube short videos really showcases him as a person lol. A real cool dude but again, his vocals are INSANE. like..just even talking. Dude could read me a bed time story any day.

I'd love to see you finish up the last couple tracks from TDOPOM and then just grab in order the rest of FGBGFM (deluxe w Never Know and Come Undone) and then the debut album. Debut has a couple minor misses, but is SOLID none-the-less with some really great tracks. And in retrospect, you can really hear current Bad Omens throughout in tracks like Enough Enough Now, Worst in Me and The Fountain even if it is in whole a more heavy album than the other two. The evolution was natural progression.
