Dear Mr. Bopanna, I ordered for a Chilly Cheese sandwich today at 7pm, at your store in Cubbon Park Metro Station and had a horrible time after having two bites, still reeling under terrific upset stomach. I have orally complained to the boy in the store, who was also rude.
Dear Madam or sir, Apologies for that! I have checked with my staff regarding this, they replied like, you informed salt is little more, thank you for the valuable suggestion. Next time we will avoid the things which go wrong. Recently we opened the cafe right, as soon as possible we will rectify the issues. You mentioned the boy in the store ,who was also rude. I have enquired regarding this as well, our staff told whatever the customer asked, we have answered that, we didn't behave rudely they confirmed. Our motto is like very humble with customers , respect for customers and customer satisfaction.These are the rules we told our staff before they joined in our organization. From our team side, I am also asking for apologies. Thank you for your feedback .
