Instructions:
1. Clean and wash the fish thoroughly. Cut it into desired pieces and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan or skillet over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic, grated mustard , and green chilies to the pan. Sauté for another minute.
4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and release their juices.
5. Now add the turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute to let the spices release their flavors.
6. Add water to the pan, enough to cover the fish pieces. Bring it to a boil.
7. Gently place the fish pieces into the pan, ensuring they are fully submerged in the curry. Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan with a lid.
8. Let the fish curry simmer for about 10-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and tender.
9. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
10. Serve the fish curry hot with steamed rice or naan bread.
