I just figured something out. The best way to relax for me while listening to this was to let my mind and thoughts go wherever they want, not trying to think about nothing or something in particular. Just go with the flow, without resistance for a while.

This induced an Ayahuasca "trip" for me. I was watching the trees and it was reminding me of how it is sitting with the medicine in nature and totally at peace and feeling the love and care I'm being given. Super powerful. Thank you for sharing.

i remmeber many times at my retreat i used to wake up at night and having full ayahuasca effects as if I was tripping even though that day I had not consumed at all. It was fascinating!
How great it is to be able to treasure this moment here and now, all that we have in our life. And have clarity and ability to stick to good things and make them grow. Find solutions instead of multiplying the problems. We are creators of our life! Life happens now, the choice is ours!
