    Here are his workout from the video:
    * Flat DB Bench Press
: 4 sets x 8 reps with 5 reps of each arm
    * Arm DB row (2 sec-hold) : 4 sets x 8 reps with each arm
    * Incline DB bench press (double-pump)
: 4 sets x 8 reps
    * Incline DB row
: 4 sets x 8 reps with 5 reps each arm
    * Standing low DB fly
: 4 sets x 15 reps
    * DB external rotation (under-hand)
: 4 sets x 15 reps
    * Renegade row to push-up
: 3 sets x 8 reps
    ⇢ Rest 1-2 minute between sets

    Renshaw did you have a set "homework i.e. dumbbells only" schedule with this chest and back routine? I really like this workout you have and am about to start a new 6 week routine and wanna fit this in but not sure what else to throw in for that same week.

    what degree incline was used for the "incline db row" . eg 30 degrees , 45 degree's etc.

    How different is a One Arm Dumbbell row from Incline Dumbbell rows??
    Do they work different muscles??

      Great question. One Arm DBB rows isolate and primarily target the Lats, those wide back muscles that give you the illusion of a V-Taper. Since it's an isolation exercise, they can create a more stronger contraction. The incline DBB rows are a compound exercise, sort of. This exercise targets major muscles in the back to get that thickness. It incline position, you will be working more of the upper back and squeezing more muscles. The Lats dont get enough contraction though
